Can you post a screenshot of the message they sent in this reply? Because it seems that's the only one you're going to get for now, and maybe you mis-translated it.

What I think you may be missing is that they're expecting some time to pass while you seek help for a possible mental health issue. That's probably why you're not getting a reply yet, you reacted too fast to have actually done anything. I believe we've seen like a 6 month waiting period for these in the past.

Best advice is probably to find another site to use in the meantime, because it might be a long while before you're let back onto CB.
