Just got banned again uploading a goverment issued ID! help please

A few weeks ago we tried to get our roommate verified and was banned. So they unbanned us a few hours later after i sent a report Well we figured she needed a new ID well today her NEW ID came in and we retried her NEW ID and soon as we Scan The ID and Face which said "Successful" And within 15 minutes our account is banned again with our 7222 tokens still on our account. We have 26k followers and been streamers for over a year this is our only form of income. Please someone help with this situation. I have emailed support the same as when this happened 2 weeks ago, but this time we have not gotten a response back yet..

I would try having the other model create and verify her own Chaturbate account first, rather than trying to verify her directly on the couple account.

Once she successfully completes verification on her own account, you should then be able to add her to your couple account as a Guest Account when you cam together:

That also gives you a useful way to isolate the problem. If she has an issue getting verified on her own account, it points to something related to her verification, rather than your established couple account.

Since your account already has a substantial history, followers, and tokens on it, I wouldn't keep repeatedly submitting her ID through the couple account until you know what is causing the verification/bans.

Because that is what it sounds like if you get banned when trying to verify her/him

No never.. she had a ID that was scratched up really bad the first time we tried to get her verifed which came up as not being able to verify it. they than banned us after my 2nd attempt with the ID attempt. So after they unban us we waited 2 weeks till her new ID card came in and when i tried again it automatically banned us and nothing i can do about it.

Did you make a new account and try to verify on there? That is probably the issue. You have to fully wait for support's reply on the first account instead of trying to re-verify during a current ban.

Did you make a new account and try to verify on there? That is probably the issue. You have to fully wait for support's reply on the first account instead of trying to re-verify during a current ban.

This is what they sent me a few weeks ago. never mentioned why she was denied i just "Assumed" it was becausse the ID card was scratched so we order her a New ID card to attempt to verify her again but i tried again on our main account after being sent this email. I should have made a new email and tried again... well i did just that after the fact and was instant banned also on her own account with a new email

So in turn around me and My Girlfriend also our other roommate we work with are not banned on our solo accounts. They literally banned our Name on our old account and stole the tokens. Makes no dam sense to me....i get banning the roommate we tried to get verified i guess? but our account with 7k+ tokens 26k followers 1 year of dedication working 1000+ hours? come on regardless of us attempting to get her verified again...

Is there anything we can do about helping our roommate fix her issue with her ID also? just trying to keep everyone here in a positive mood.. watching them in severe depression since yesterday of being banned is killing me inside. these ladies work so hard to have this happen simply because of them wanting to help out another one of there close friends to work alongside them. To put into perspective 7k tokens covers our rent and electricity for the month we live day to day and depend on CB just as our viewers depend on us. I have been on my phone for over 12 hours explaining to our customers if what has happened and trying to update the much as i can.
