Just got banned again uploading a goverment issued ID! help please

A few weeks ago we tried to get our roommate verified and was banned. So they unbanned us a few hours later after i sent a report Well we figured she needed a new ID well today her NEW ID came in and we retried her NEW ID and soon as we Scan The ID and Face which said "Successful" And within 15 minutes our account is banned again with our 7222 tokens still on our account. We have 26k followers and been streamers for over a year this is our only form of income. Please someone help with this situation. I have emailed support the same as when this happened 2 weeks ago, but this time we have not gotten a response back yet..

I would try having the other model create and verify her own Chaturbate account first, rather than trying to verify her directly on the couple account.

Once she successfully completes verification on her own account, you should then be able to add her to your couple account as a Guest Account when you cam together:

That also gives you a useful way to isolate the problem. If she has an issue getting verified on her own account, it points to something related to her verification, rather than your established couple account.

Since your account already has a substantial history, followers, and tokens on it, I wouldn't keep repeatedly submitting her ID through the couple account until you know what is causing the verification/bans.
