A "friend's" account + ID card got banned, mid-summer, because another person streamed in it. Is it worth trying to get at least her ID unbanned?

To start, i need to say that I don't know much about the model-side of camming and I am not very familiar with the system of the rule enforcements of CB, but I will try to describe the situation. I mostly want to know if it is worth fighting for the account/ID.

To make the story short, around the point of the ban, the girl I am talking about was working a late-night shift in a "studio" and maybe one month before, a guy that uses the same room with her, streamed from her account, probably by accident. From her side, she probably didn't log off. She told me she got a warning, but she returned after talking with support. Fast forward to a day in July, she posts a story on IG and says it happened again. And her friends + her "boss" tried to communicate with support and take it back. The account ended up getting banned. I don't know if it was a communication error, because her/their English is not the best or maybe whoever tried to help her, might have caused damage, or something else happened in those emails. All I know is that I would even swear that her violation before the full ban, was that another person streamed from her account without an ID , twice.

So... She tried to make a new account and see if her ID is banned, sent an email to support, ... and they told her she was underaged when she first used her ID, which is not true. Is there any chance at least her ID can be unbanned or is this double offense too serious?

(In any case, thanks for the advice)
