Hello everyone! Just want to mention that my account was banned without any reason or explanation too. Still can't figure out why did that happen. There are two performers on my channel. Both are adult, ID verified, not related to each other and no activity that contradicts terms and conditions.
Suddenly we get banned. We try to contact support, but the support team works just incredibly awful! We wait for days for reply, get standart copy-paste reply like "Your account is terminated, sorry", then wait for days for another reply. Then we try to reach Shirley @punker barbie but this is even more terrific! We wait the reply from her for a week, then she asks us to provide additional ID. It takes us 2 minutes to reply, but then we wait for another week! She may forget about our discussion and asks to provide additional ID AGAIN!
Last time I received that message:

I had a similar problem on one of the payout websites -- I didn't have enough forms of photo ID that they required for members from my country to submit to verify my ID. I had to spend a lot of money going and getting a form of ID they would accept.

everything just takes time there are A LOT of models with a lot of ID issues, i suggest if you guys have passports you should use those and make sure they can see them perfectly in the images so they can verify them, if they ask you twice or even 3 times just comply, click punker barbies profile and leave a message on her wall so she can eventually get to it she seems to be helping 10 models at a time oo give her a break lol!

It's not a secret to anybody that our account is terminated due to the suggestion that underage performers are appearing in our room.

Being a model, I want to feel safe too. I want to know that if I work hard, spend months or years gaining my reputation and audience - I want to know that everything I got won't dissapear in one second just because I appeared somehow wrong to somebody. I wan't to know that my place in industry doesn't depends on such an insecure circumstance like someone's opinion of how I look, which changes every day. I know how disrespectful is Chaturbate to the models. Once I got my money returned to the tipper just because he asked the support to do that (about 1000 tokens). He did not provide any proof, he just told that I did not do what I promised (except I did). And they did not even ask me! Just silently returned my tokens!

I want somebody to investigate my case, I want a chance to defend myself! I bet those people who banned us - they never even seen our show! Somebody hit the "report" button and we get banned immediately. We appear to be adults, you can ask our fans and look into our "satisfy score" which was nearly 100% positive (150 positive marks per month). We always (every 5 minutes) tell the viewers that we are adult, not related and don't perform any inappropriate stuff (those words are hard to say, because we lose some audience, yet we do).

Also being trendy and discussed models I know (even personaly) some people who hate us for different reasons (and some of them are stupid: like jealousy or thinking that we are overpriced) and some of them claim to report us just because they don't want to see us on that site. Considering Chaturbate zero-tolerance policy we have no chance to perform in this conditions...

So if we imply that both of our performers are underage - then the question is, how Chaturbate let it happen for two underage broadcasters to perform for such a long time on the adult site in the first place? I like the doppelganger approach. Nothing against CB's rules with having sex with yourself! So that way you do not need to leave your niche market entirely, just a little rebranding. But if they don't want you to perform incest roleplay shows on their platform, I would listen. All it takes is one angry customer to report you.

But you are right, Chaturbate is a different site with different rules then others. They have zero jurisdiction what you can do on other sites, but they might not want you representing their site because of your reputation on other sites. Might make their credit card processors pull out. That is also another factor to take in.

Ok, imagine this. Chaturabate is located in Poland, and your job is running models support for CB, which includes verifying models are over 18.
You get a complaint that two young girls are doing sex shows on CB and member reports they are sisters. You look and sure enough, the girls do look similar. So you temporarily terminated their broadcast and you investigate.

The girls are from New Mexico, a place you've never heard of. One girl has a New Mexico Drivers License, the other girl has New Mexico State ID. You've never seen a real New Mexico ID only pictures. The girl with New Mexico state ID looks the same in the picture where she holds the ID next to her face, but she doesn't really look like one of the girls that were on cam. The girls are Hispanic, and you've never met a Hispanic in real-life so that makes harder to know if they are same person.

You look at their twitter feed and see they have Manyvids accounts. On Manyvids they claim to be twins and strongly imply they are under age. So either they are lying on CB about not being 19 and unrelated or they are lying on Minivids that they are.

If you ban them and they are legal, you piss of the girls and lose a couple of cute models. On the other hand, if you allow them to cam after reports they are underage and twins, you risk the company getting huge fines due to the numerous laws against Incest in my countries and the universal laws against child pornography. In fact, the top executive of CB could to jail if it can be shown that CB ignored these reports.

I don't follow you, this has nothing to do with free speech... free speech is us being able to discuss it like we are now. It appears that as long as neither is role-playing as a family member who is a minor or asleep, it's ok.
