it's not a minor, so it would come down to the catch-all, AFAIK -- most 'communities' are disgusted by that kind of thing (so it would not be ok, just like the guy from Morocco who posted on this forum recently about doing gay cam shows -- that would not be ok by CB's catch-all in the TOS, because in _his_ community that is not ok -- they could choose to ignore it if they think that community is just dumb and bigoted but harmless, or they could choose to enforce it if they worried about harm (to the model or their business) coming from allowing it ... as long as it's not a crime, like child porn, I would think they have discretion about whether or not they enforce the letter of their TOS).

hell, I've seen 60 Minutes type news pieces on people being sentenced for incest when their story was of being strangers and meeting as adults, falling in love, and later finding out they're related (which is in contrast to the standard basis of the incest taboo, which applies to people who were raised together, such that even non-relatives, such as adopted children or siblings, are 'taboo' to have sexual relationships with, because you're 'family'; that you're not 'blood relatives' doesn't prevent the taboo from establishing itself in such households. .... but communities gon be communities)

I get the whole 'bigger picture' abuse issue. but I don't see anything in their terms pertaining to this (I'm a lazy reader, though, maybe it's there somewhere).
nothing wrong with flagging an account. get the report, have a look... do your checklist. as long as they aren't actual siblings, or drunk, or appearing to be minors, or anything else on the prohibition list, you just dismiss the report, like all those prudish 'I think this shouldn't be on facebook' reports--you stand up and defend your guidelines. you've agreed this is what's acceptable to the CB or Facebook community, and you reject overly touchy complaints.

I can understand if they said 'we get complaints about x so much, let's just go ahead and ban that so we don't have to deal with this shit anymore'. but as long as they haven't done that, all you can do is be as good as your word.

if you allow them to cam after reports they are underage and twins, you risk the company getting huge fines

I'd recommend my boss require my division go through a training program, that verification requires more than just one staffer's opinion, and that these staffers look at the IDs extremely carefully before allowing the model to cam for cash, rather than being ignorant, reckless, and flippant, and only doing this after there are reports that they're underaged and siblings, because otherwise you're setting the bar so irresponsibly low that your negligence could be contributing to the abuse of minors and the trafficking of child porn. I would tell my boss that it's not the job of your customers and lurkers to do a half decent job deciding whether or not a crime is taking place. we should have already done a good job inspecting whether or not we were about to be party to a sick crime.

i believe accounts get flagged and locked quick and they wait for the user to contact them then they deal with it, at least from my experience .. i just went through 2 months of emails with support for my girls bff in colombia getting her identify on cb stolen.. in the end cb can do what they want it sucks but we should all "get our ducks in order" when it comes to the rules, if a ban happens we have to adjust to big brother lol they can turn us away

edit; at least they unban us and ppl like PB r available to us, she's absolutely 900x better than any Gold star membership support anyone on any site is going to get lol

The girls are from New Mexico, a place you've never heard of. One girl has a New Mexico Drivers License, the other girl has New Mexico State ID. You've never seen a real New Mexico ID only pictures.

Exactly! I don't know why after my first message people started to discuss how much do we look alike. But the main problem that being absolutely verified (using both types of documents for both girls) I am banned from chaturbate and being ignored by support, just because I appear to somebody somehow wrong.

I've had emails from paypal and twitter and facebook and the like with subject lines like 'updating our terms please read'. I don't recall CB ever sending one out ... I just rechecked my sign-up CB email address for any notifications, and there's nothing there.

Yes the reason was just that we were looking too young, and when that happened for the first time we were given the option to verify new photos with ID, then we were asked for another type of ID and so on and so on... We got unbanned and banned the same day without going online and then were asked for ID again... And then... There was nothing. They were ignoring us for weeks, and now I have lonely reply from @punker barbie like "nah, still looking too young!"
