Account suspended - ID confirmed but not usable?

Hey there,

User : Luna_luxxxx

Created a new account yesterday. Both ID’s were confirmed nearly 10 minutes after uploading. From there we began broadcasting. We were almost immediately suspended as “not every one in the broadcast had confirmed id’s”.

After this we tried to make a new account and uploaded the id again. At the point we are in a stale mate because that id has already been used and the original account is atill suspended.

At this point all the id has been approved and we still have a suspended account…. PLEASE HELP!
