I have been on the Chaturbate platform as Dude_Spunk for almost 10 years depending on it as a source of income. I have always been faithful to the Terms of Service, and would never do anything to jeopardize my account and good standing on Chaturbate. Over the years I have managed to garner over 30,000 followers, and am incredibly grateful for everything Chaturbate has allowed me to achieve in the adult content space. Whenever I am even the slightest bit worried something may be against the Chaturbate Terms of Service I always have contacted customer support and gotten prior permission. I have contacted and gotten permission for advertising my fan sites and personal sites on screen while broadcasting via applications like OBS, and regularly make use of the user made apps and bots made available by the platform to streamers. I have good reviews and ratings on my show because I always follow through for my viewers and always do my best.
In the past, the Chaturbate team has even reached out several times encouraging me to create promotional content for the site. I have always had and tried to maintain a good relationship with Chaturbate and the staff who make the site run well. I am devastated that my account has been banned and cannot fathom why it's happened, I have not done anything to my knowledge against the Terms of Service on or off of stream. Is it possible to notify me of what I have done wrong so I do not make this mistake again, and to restore my account? I would never intentionally violate the Chaturbate Terms of Service, I have been growing my account here for nearly a decade now. My Chaturbate account is incredibly important to me and my life, and I take great care in making sure that I don't do anything to ruin it. I am constantly denying viewers who ask me to do things that violate the terms of service.
@punker barbie if there is anything you can do to help me resolve this issue I would greatly appreciate it. Was my account compromised? Please, is there anything I can do to get my account back? If this was my fault I assure you that once I know what caused it, I will never let it happen again. I have not even received an email notifying me that this happened, I am lost as to why, and when I was terminated.
I have experienced this issue once before on the same account years ago when I was going back and forth between streaming at my own house and my boyfriends house and had to provide things like a photo of me holding my ID updside down, and a photo of me holding a piece of paper with a specific phrase written on it, and I have recently moved again so I am wondering if that might have something to do with it.
I was banned on a day that I hadn't even streamed at all, I've got no clue what time it happened, my last stream went great, and I didn't do anything during my last broadcast that I haven't been doing on the site for years and years now. I am begging you to look at my history on Chaturbate over the years and see that I have been a loyal and terms abiding member. Chaturbate and my good standing here are so incredibly important to me and my lively hood. Please, help me restore my account. I will do anything and provide you with any information you need in order to help me.
I have never been so stressed in my life not knowing whether or not I am going to be able to pay my bills this coming month. I opened a ticket with chaturbate support asking for more information about what happened, but I'm scared they won't get back to me before I'm in the hole too deep money-wise. It's already been over 24 hours since I have reached out. I'm incredibly desperate to have this resolved as soon as possible, any help you can provide me would be greatly appreciated.
Chaturbate has become such a huge part of my life and my life story, I am truly devastated to have lost something I worked so hard to grow.
