Banned without reason

Hello, i read everywhere what i can do to resolve my actual situation with my account model banned without reason and i think here you can help me guys, especially @punker barbie
I have send more then 4 e-mails to the support chaturbate but nobody answer to tell me what i did wrong, and what gonna happen with my tokens which i didn’t transferred from my account. I try even send one email from another model and they answered to her, but when i say who i am they didn’t answer anymore. I work on this site for more then 7 years and they make me feel right now like i am unwanted, like they don’t want me work with them anymore. For me it’s a really sad situation because i never receive warning messages or disrespect the rules. My nickname is evatramelll and the ticket nr is 18585897 i really hope lady Shirley Lara can have one solution and help me . Thank you, good day everyone

My case is something particular was banned since July 4 for no reason. I lost my account. I have sent many emails to support and they never give me the answer that it was what I did wrong. I need to go back to that page. I have tried emails and none have been satisfactory. Please I need help I am very desperate I have already had two anxiety attacks for the loss of this.
