After a long break I decided to buy some tokens using the Pix payment method (through Epoch, it seems). After being redirected to the payment screen, I completed the payment and saw that the money was debited from my bank account, but none of the tokens appeared. I would like some support if possible.
I've sent an email both to CB support and to Epoch support, but no answers up until now.
