The best way to tell if a link is something you want to click is to hover your mouse over the link. Most browsers will show you what it points to. If you don't recognize the site or trust the source of the link, don't click.
In this case, profiles.myfreecams.com is where all MFC profiles are served from and this link is fine.
When looking at links you want to look for a number of obvious things. If the link text says profiles.myfreecams.com and the actual link shown when you hover over it is haha.myhacksite.com, then don't click. Look for misspellings as well; profiles.myfrreecams.com would be an example that goes to a totally different, likely malicious, site. This is a very common tactic in email phishing schemes, there the text says one thing and the link goes somewhere else.
All that said, however, as mentioned above, this link is OK.
