Cannot age verify with chaturbate's tool. Can someone help?

Hi,

I'm trying to cam on chaturbate, but the age verification tool is pretty dreadful and refuses to allow the camera/webcam to focus. I've tried across 3 high-end phones and also my webcam. No luck. I've tried so many times it blocks me temporarily from trying more. Customer support told me to basically deal with it and that they won't help me.

Is anyone able to offer tips? I've done all the stuff like change the lighting, contrasting background, etc. It won't accept the front of my drivers license.

this is resolved. updated webcam drivers. phones were not usable with the tool

Apparently after review, they are still denying my age verification... I guess I'll just keep trying...
