Chaturbate / First choice pay - Anyone had problems?

Hi,

We have a few models with a competitor and we've been experimenting with Chaturbate and is has been a nightmare.

I'll skip the endless complications with verification, etc.

We set an account to be paid with payoneer; so far, all good.
Payoneer merged with First Choice Pay, and we had to provide another card number, for First Choice pay.

When requesting a change of payment method, if you select 'first choice pay', since it already has info for the previous account, it doesn't ask for any new account info, and stays with the original account. Making it impossible to change the card in use. This is a problem with the code in their interface I suppose.

Support seems like once they found 2-3 keywords in your email, they won't read the rest and will just send a pre-typed answer. They literally do not read emails. Everything has to be explained 3 times for them to realize that maybe it's worth reading more than 2 lines.

They're not able to reply to an email more than once a day, so the communication is amazingly slow as well.

We have 15-20 models (depending on the period) with their competitor and whenever there is a problem, we just skype right away and it all gets solved instantly.

This is the first experience we have with chaturbate. Are we unlucky? or are they that dysfunctional in general?

We have a studio on Jasmin; right now we're experimenting by sending one model to Chaturbate to understand the different dynamic; we analyze things closely since our business is to drive clients to specific models, etc.

So, we created an account with Chaturbate, set up a payment with a payoneer card; then another card was issued and we tried to do a change. The problem is that Chaturbate's interface is not the best:
the payment info link tell your to contact customer support, who tells you to go back to the link that now shows a form; if you already have have one payoneer/firstchoicepay account set, then once you select firstchoicepay for payments, it doesn't ask you about the credentials, re-enabling the original account.

These problems can happen, but with Jasmin we do a skype, we know people's names, who does what, etc and problems get solved very fast; with chaturbate, we don't even know if we're talking to the same person twice but they all seem to look at messages very superficially and will not reply to more than a single email a day, so each time you reply, you need to wait 24h to be more or less re-explaining what you've already told them.

The issue itself is not with First Choice Pay, but Chaturbate's handling of support. What I am curious about is if this is common because we wouldn't be able to add more models and go through this regularly, or if we've just been unlucky on this instance.

it's not a funding source, it's an account to receive payments for this test model.

I'm currently having issues with adding a funding source to my first choice account after registering my first choice card. Chaturbate takes me to my first choice login page and once I login it doesn't add my account to my payment info for chaturbate. Anything you could possibly help with? Thank you

Maybe you should go on Payoneer live assistance, they helped me, just don't bother to mail them live support is much better.
 
I'm sorry but I solved the problem on Payoneer's live support, I don't have time to wait one day for reply and it's easier to explain the problem.
 
I hear you. I am glad you had this resolved. kindly note that not everyone's question are the same, and that I mostly wish to bring a positive and helpful vibe here. That means that you will rarely if ever see me send someone to contact support, without me trying to help first.
