We have a few models with a competitor and we've been experimenting with Chaturbate and is has been a nightmare.
I'll skip the endless complications with verification, etc.
We set an account to be paid with payoneer; so far, all good.
Payoneer merged with First Choice Pay, and we had to provide another card number, for First Choice pay.
When requesting a change of payment method, if you select 'first choice pay', since it already has info for the previous account, it doesn't ask for any new account info, and stays with the original account. Making it impossible to change the card in use. This is a problem with the code in their interface I suppose.
Support seems like once they found 2-3 keywords in your email, they won't read the rest and will just send a pre-typed answer. They literally do not read emails. Everything has to be explained 3 times for them to realize that maybe it's worth reading more than 2 lines.
They're not able to reply to an email more than once a day, so the communication is amazingly slow as well.
We have 15-20 models (depending on the period) with their competitor and whenever there is a problem, we just skype right away and it all gets solved instantly.
This is the first experience we have with chaturbate. Are we unlucky? or are they that dysfunctional in general?
