Chaturbate - id content is blocked!

Hi everyone I'm new on chaturbate. I've tryed to submit my id photo and I got this : id content is blocked! can i know why ?1 anyone else got this this problem? I sent them e-mail and I got no answer.

Hello sweetgirl i got the same message i think some countries a not allowed to use chaturbate (are you from Africa) ?

so I got this right now too..weird thing is, that I already have an accout there, with the same IDs and that´s approved.. girls here said they have no problem with people opening new accounts (I couldn´t cam for first 7 days to use my new model tag before). And I´m in European union, so that´s super weird..
