I have finally made an honest lender out of title max & title bucks. For me that is. It took three loans for them to give a realistic value of the vehicle as collateral for the loan. I had a good laugh pointing the dirty trap they set for people.

Watching the website Neogaf imploding has been beautiful. The owner exposed, again, as a scumbag, the exodus of the mods, the migration of many to thebore, just wonderful stuff all around. Might sound boring but I find it interesting and very informative how fast it all went down. Seeing an ultra liberal community where the main ideology is agree with us on everything or you are a Nazi, completely collapsing from every angle will always be a joyous occasion. No sane person will mourn the loss of a safe space that only breeds fear and intolerance. Seeing all the people they tried to silence and slander reacting to the news has been awesome. Even some of the higher ups at Microsoft have been joining in to celebrate the death on Twitter. Funny stuff. Just awesome and satisfying to see even if ultimately it has no effect on my life and is just internet drama.

Definitely. Weird how the roles reversed over time with the left becoming the less tolerant hate mongers. Neogaf will be back soon, supposedly without the off topic section. Which is disappointing, mainly because off topic supplied so much unintentional comedy for others. The absolute shock and horror when Trump won was hysterical. They gave him no chance. Couldn't help but wonder how far from reality or entrenched in your own safe space you'd have to be to really be shocked by the outcome. I expected Hilary but wasn't all too surprised with Trump winning.

My tv died Saturday night after 8 plus years (I'd ask for opinions here of long lasting tvs but those amazon and best buy reviews I read are littered with reviews stating "doa" and "died after two weeks") and I'm not sure what to buy. Now there are smart tvs with roku built in and such and tons of screen sizes, some of which are great to look at at certain angles and others aren't. LOL.

Then, today, I seem to be getting a cold and have a horrible day at work dealing with a coworker two times that is very impatient and tons of negative energy.

Then I get home and have a bill from a dental place that the dentist looked at my cheek for two minutes and insurance didn't cover much.

I am honestly thinking I did something wrong to someone and this is karma kicking my ass.

Sometimes a person can't stop the bad stuff from just rolling over them. It is kind of nice to be able to type all this out though as opposed to internalizing it. If you read this, sorry for the bummer.

Accounts there can take months to be approved which makes it extra hilarious. Some were really clever, some were predictable classics, all were hilarious. Still going on too. The more amusing ones are being posted if any are bored and looking for a good chuckle.

lol yeah, I need to stop following all the chaos but can't look away. Internet fuckery is at an all time high. Appreciate the links and information. I'm finding the comments from those simply reacting to the shenanigans from afar to be equally hilarious to some of the more creative memes and account suicides. Posting a tiny amount of them from the first hour or two of the site coming back. Such dumb drama but also entertaining and educational in many ways.

I haven't been to many funerals, but I have relatives in the funerary industry, and apparently hookups at/after funerals are extremely common. I assume that most people at a funeral weren't especially close to the deceased and therefore aren't grieving deeply. Combine that with the fact that funerals seem to be incredibly boring, and there's a little extra impetus to appreciate the joys of life... Thus, checking out the hotties and hooking up.

I'm on the left for everything. Liberal, like socialism, believe that racism is still a huge issue, etc, but I see where you're coming from so much.

Today on facebook I was in a local all girl(or girl identifying)group talking about periods and the cost of them. We were discussing how we should grab some donations for tampons to take to the homeless shelters in the area. Pretty harmless stuff, right? I thought so. Nothing offensive. I got called a cissexist for this because I was implying that you had to have a period to be a woman. Idk how the fuck this person got to that conclusion or why, but it's fucking ridiculous. There are real things to point out and encourage change, but when you're offended by everything rather than making people understand why what they do or say could be hurtful to some, you just cause frustration and become a laughing stock. I'm not saying hug a nazi, but maybe don't call everyone who disagrees with you a nazi? Probably wouldn't be that hard.

If anyone manually switched to "ACF" layout in the past, they likely did not get auto-defaulted to the holiday theme today. We're doing a little reset to force-update everyone regardless, so a few people may need to re-select the "ACF" layout in a minute here if they don't like the dark theme.
