Given that eBay owned PayPal for 12 years, I would be EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS using eBay wish lists as a sex worker.
Regardless of technicalities, eBay has the same third-party seller issue as Amazon—there's no way to guarantee that a third-party seller won't disclose shipping information (potentially including names and phone numbers) to the person who has paid for an item.
From eBay's user agreement:
Privacy of Others; Marketing
If eBay provides you with information about another user, you agree you will use the information only for the purposes it is provided to you. You may not disclose, sell, rent, or distribute a user's information to a third party for purposes unrelated to the Services. Additionally, you may not use information for marketing purposes, via electronic or other means, unless you obtain the consent of the specific user to do so.
Got one seller who discloses shipping info to a buyer? Boom. Once the info is out, there's no getting it back. It doesn't matter what eBay might do to the seller's account after the fact. I can't imagine any sex worker being comfortable with this situation.
This one should be a no-brainer and I don't think it's even really worth debating.
