Has anyone else ever had the impression, that Stripchat doesn't read what users write, when they report a model? Usually you get an answer within minutes 'no violation found', even if you describe exactly what the case is. Also appeal doesn't help. They always 'carfully review' and find .... nothing.

If you feel strongly about a specific case, you’re welcome to submit a report again through Stripchat directly or our Support team with as much detail as possible so the team can take another look.

My point isn't about 'frustration' with speed – it's about content integrity. When I provide technical evidence of pre-recorded video sequences being sold as 'Live,' a 1-minute 'careful review' that results in 'no violation' suggests that either the moderation tools are inadequate or that selling non-live content as live is actually permitted under your Terms of Service (which it isn’t as far as I’ve learned, why else should this be a topic in the menu under the reporting function?).

I was mainly interested in hearing if other users have experienced this same 'brick wall' when reporting clear cases of non-live material. If the official advice is just 'report it again' (which has already failed multiple times), then it seems the system for ensuring 'Live' integrity is effectively broken. I'm moving past the support tickets now and looking for a broader community perspective on this.

I appreciate your openness, but the reason I’m posting here is that the private support/appeal route has already failed multiple times. Despite providing technical evidence of synchronized, pre-recorded video sequences, the outcome was always a generic 'no violation'.

This points to a systemic issue regarding content integrity. I’ve even looked into your own 'Researcher Application' regarding the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), and it’s a bit ironic to read about 'transparency' and 'risk mitigation' when clear evidence of non-live content is being ignored in practice.

For me, this isn't about individual tickets anymore – t's about whether 'Live' is an honest product description or just a marketing term. I am currently structuring a comprehensive report on these patterns to better illustrate this 'disconnect' and might share key findings later.

Why does the Stripchat moderation team not detect such fraud?

Why don’t you just share the info with the SC rep as they requested? That way they can investigate further and hopefully fix any issues.

Then come back here and post your observations. Posting stuff on here isn’t going to get you anywhere.

I know, but all you’ve done is post two similar images claiming they were taken weeks apart that absolutely no one can verify.

A real, live SC rep has reached out ask for further info. Common sense says that’s the best route to take.

I won’t post specific model names here, as 'Naming & Shaming' is against the forum rules I guess and would only give the admin a reason to delete this entire discussion.
Besides, the issue isn't about me proving anything to you, Maxi. It’s about the fact that Stripchat already has these names, the logs, and the reports – and they chose to do nothing.

If you're a regular user, you've likely seen these '24/7 video streams' yourself. If you’re looking for 'proof,' just keep an eye on some 'Live' shows for a few days; the patterns of pre-recorded content are hard to miss once you stop looking away.

It’s a bit convenient to call 'bullshit' just because I refuse to break forum rules by naming models publicly. My point was never to convince you personally, Maxi – it’s about highlighting a documented system failure.
This lack of integrity affects everyone: not only the paying users but also the many hard-working, truly 'live' models who have to compete against 24/7 pre-recorded videos.
If you choose to ignore these patterns, that's your prerogative, but it doesn't change the facts. Cheers.

Maybe you didn't read the full thread? I'm interested in experiences of other users, not in trying to get into a reporting loop again. It's not about one specific account, it's many of them. The reporting system seems to be designed to discourage users from using it – in 95% of cases it is useless.

Maybe I did. The bigger picture here shouldn't be about creating a thread to encourage other users to pile on and agree with you, it should be about you passing on to the SC Reps here the specific examples that you believe had been reviewed after reporting, so that they can follow up. If the reports were reviewed and the outcome of that is then reconsidered, it can help the process get better and take appropriate action in more examples of the same acts.

To clarify: These are publicly available screenshots of a public broadcast used as evidence of a systemic technical issue, not 'private nudes.' If providing proof of fraud is seen as more 'disgusting' than the fraud itself, that says a lot about your priorities.
