Got ripped off on Chaturbate

So this guy came into my room THREE WEEKS AGO and tipped me during Keno. 286 tokens. I gave him everything he asked for because that's what I do. I don't scam people out of tokens; if you tip, I give what you want. Well, today I log on and see I have a balance of -286 tokens. I look to see what's wrong and it says I have an Admin token adjustment because he complained. WTF. I emailed support so hopefully they will be able to tell me the exact reason. It's so dumb. And I'm not a top earning model so 286 tokens is a lot for me.

If I'm allowed, I'd like to post his name just in case he's a member of the forums... or that you all can go report him for abuse. I'm near tears and don't know what to do. I'd go back to MFC but my cam score is in the 400s so I doubt I'll make the money I did on chaturbate.

Why not do phone sex until things pick back up? You might not become a millionaire from it but pso'ing will keep the proverbial wolf from howling at your door. Not a chargeback but a member asking CB for a refund. They give them refunds even before asking you what's up, even when the complaint is ridiculous, and never give you your balance back. If you cam on CB you need to know that this happens and make your monthly goals a bit higher as a cushion. I would say if you are making a livable amount on CB know that keeping 1% to 2% aside for refunds and chargebacks is a smart way to go. Chaturbate will always side with the customers when it comes to tokens: refunds, chargebacks, etc and against you, but luckily only a small percentage of members act like this. You could also look into geo-blocking Mexico, India, Pakistan, Brasil, and the Emirates since those countries have the highest rate of credit card fraud plus the least spending members overall. This would reduce the possibility of getting chargebacks and maybe also refunds.

Update: Got my tokens back. A couple of amazing guys contacted support and vouched for me. One of the members was even in my room at the time! Small victory. I almost cried out of happiness during my show last night lol.
