Help: I can't stream on my new account. Chaturbate Support is taking forever to reply.

I'm a webcam model who used to work with an agency in my country. The agency owns my old Chaturbate account, and my government issued photo ID is still connected to that account.

I left the agency because I want to go independent. I opened a new Chaturbate account, but Chaturbate only lets one account use the same ID. I already contacted support through the website and by email, probably two or three times, asking them to detach my ID from the old agency account and attach it to my new account.

It has been a couple of weeks and I still have not heard back. Is that normal for Chaturbate support, and how long do they usually take to respond to an issue like this?

Pretty_freya1 - my new account. ID should be attached to this one. this is the one i want approved for streaming please.
