I am def not trying to judge you, but please be careful with getting in the habit of having to drink in order to work! Camming isn't for everyone so if you're not comfy doing it, that's ok.

well it's getting easier ... really not worried about people seeing my body, more of opening my mouth and holding a conversation
 
I know what ur saying tho i try to keep it minimal which is easy since normally i only drink once ever 3-6 months... but it makes it way easier to open up after a shot.

I do not know what you look like, but there are other ways to get people interested than talking dirty. If you can pull it off you could try looking innocent and in need of a shining white knight to save you from having to do this. You could also try looking like the girl next door, instead of a sultry man killer.

I would also recommend after you get a better idea of what kind of cam model you think you want to be, and assuming you are not under a contract, to try other sites to see which one works best for you.
 
Well, i think i look good enough for the part... and try to dress different everyday so i don't become monotonous to my followers...
I need to work on keeping a good convo going, and get more experience... showing my butt can only drag me so far :p

Yeah you look great and the girls gave a lot of good advice, take your first while as a learning experience - and get model status here so you can learn all the stuff in those forums.

I think you can pull off any look that you want with just the right expression and wardrobe choice. You really do have a lot of directions you can go in. Conversation are difficult for me, but I do know one secret I can tell you about men. Most men love telling you how great they are, so when in doubt about how keep conversation going ask leading questions that encourage them to start figuratively swinging their dicks around and bragging.

ok so along with this help topic... I just started if you know what i mean... anyone got any tips on how to stay on cam without the mess?
 
Be careful not to let alcohol overcome your life. It's very addictive and will sneak right up on you and before you know it ya hooked.
I to am very internet unsavvy but bluff my way through most things by google searching. There are forums out there for just about everything. Problem is sorting through it all.
No need to go and buy porn there are plenty of tube sites out there,

are just a few I watch. If you are uncomfortable watching live models then go to 1 of these sites and look at the webcam section perhaps.
You look great and it's a good indication that you will do well by the fact that you are here asking. There is a lot of combined experience on this forum and if you pay attention to what these ladies have to say then you are well on your way to success. Just remember, Rome wasn't built in a day.

yeah im pretty carefull anymore with my drinks... i know all the signs as I see what it does to so many, and i don't drink on the days that i'm on call ... ty for the compliment i would love to watch other models to take notes but can't afford it :p my problem is holding peoples interest in pvt chat... i was told about games i can play to keep the room more lively. I don't have an addictive personality which really helps... smoked for 1yr and a half and quit just like that without cravings ... also binged for 3 months and then quit drinking all together for 2 yrs no problem :p I guess I can say I'm lucky :p

I still drink after 2.5 years of camming, just to get into cam-mode sometimes. Just make sure to keep it in check and you're fine. I discuss alcohol and camming here if you'd like to read my take on it.

As far as watching other girls, it's simple and free. Click on this http://www.myfreecams.com/, pick a room, and watch. See what she does. Click on another room, see what she does. Click another room, farther down the page each time, and see what they do. Watch what the members are saying, see how models respond. Watch what they do before a group or private. Then take all that into account, and put it into effect on whatever site you're working on. Also, consider working on MFC as opposed to whatever site you're on as they have a better payout than many. :)

what's MFC payout? found out i'm doing better then i thought ... i get 30% on pvt and 25% on tips :/ not much but helps with the broke status hahaha...

MFC pays you 5 cents per token if you work directly for them and not a studio. The actual percentage changes based on the token package the member buys, but your payout is always 5 cents. The prices range from 0.079 cents per token with the largest package to 14.9 cents if you buy tokens ten at a time.
 
Alright, I quit being lazy and applied to work with you guys on MFC wish me luck, figure ill try it out :)
