How do I add an image with a link to offline/online tipping?

Hi there, I understand this is probably not a super easy to answer question.

I have seen on other girls profiles they have added pictures with links to off/online tipping or pictures linked to wishlists and I can see that its been added into the boxes for "Favourite Movies" or "Perfect Date" or whichever box is already laid out.

I have been perusing forums and css tutorial sites all day and I have literally made no progress... Please help!
