How long are ID stored on Chaturbate?

Hello everyone!

I just have a few simple questions:

1. How long are ID card information stored on Chaturbate servers?
2. It says on Chaturbate's Privacy Policy that the site will share ID - here is a quote "Your government identification, if provided to us, will be shared as required to comply with applicable law"
Who will ID be shared with?

Hoping to hear from Chaturbate staff's reply on these questions!

As I’m aware, Chaturbate store all verified account ID’s until the model/s either do one of the following:

Delete their account or ID expires, then the accounts are classed as exhibitionists.

Chaturbate need to have models ID’s to be shared with law enforcement due to the nature of the site & California law.

Maybe @punker barbie can confirm this?
