I did this with GIMP 2.8 (free program) and had it up on my MFC profile before i got pissed off and was like... FUCK IT ALL!! Starting over on MFC design tho.
All the tutorials to do anything with GIMP is on Youtube.com<<<----- Reallly Helpful :-D :-D
