Looking for a software that can send automated messages

I used to work with an agency on mydirtyhobby and they had a software that was able to send automated messages to thousands of users. There is no option on mydirtyhobby for mass messages like there is on onlyfans. I spend hours trying to find out which software they used but i only found tools for sending sms and emails At this point i would even hire someone to program a tool like this for me so if anybody knows someone who could do that for me it would be highly appreciated
