My name is Monika_youthfull, I’m contacting you because my account at chaturbate was deleted. I need help. I have sent a message to Chaturbate Support on September 7 at 17:13 (UTC+3) Time from my new account moni_youthfulll, but I have not received any response yet — except for the automatic ticket confirmation. It has now been 8 calendar days and I’m worried my request has been overlooked.

Can I please ask Punker Barbie to help me by confirming that support has received my request and also let me know what my ticket number is.

I do not have a ticket number.

I believe your help could draw the attention of the Support Team to my ticket. Could you please check or escalate this for me, if possible?

I really hope you can resolve this technical issue with Chaturbate's support team.

I understand that it can sometimes feel exhausting to read through the "CB account banned" posts in this section.

An endless stream of similar posts seeking assistance. And when help is finally provided, perhaps little feedback or recognition.

For me I have been active on the CB site for 5 years after leaving my job in advertising after 30 years,

I volunteer my time to support various rooms as a moderator, purely for the enjoyment of it, without any expectations.

I've received my share of warnings and blocks from the team at CB-HQ for being overly enthusiastic online, but there have always been solutions.

However, I truly understand the pain of losing an account, even though I am not monetised.

Regarding Monika, her account deletion was abrupt and unforeseen, and it was neither the fault of CB or her.

Without delving into details, I appreciate that the site stood by her. Monika dedicated many years to building something worth while, amassing over 800,000 followers, and she was devastated to see it all disappear. She was in dire need of assistance, which is when I mentioned that I sometimes chat with a cat... !

I won't elaborate on the tears, howling, or crying that ensues when an account just vanishes. But ultimately, we are there online creating entertainment and joy for many people, and do so with positive energy and spirit.

When things go wrong, it can feel like the world is against you.

However sometimes the system works and there is a pleasant surprise and solution waiting...

Even from a cat !

And in a double twist... the great news arrived on "Chaturbates Health & Wellness Day on Wednesday, Sept. 17 2025 This year’s theme is “The New Age of Self-Care"
