Ive been using CB for close to 8 years as a basic member. For the most part, it has been very enjoyable. What frustrated me was the banning system and the support that had been put in place to help those in need…
Like many others on this forum, I have spent much money on the website and to watch all my money “vanish” in a split second over what is vaguely described as “violating terms of service” is incomprehensible to me. You don’t just take a child’s toy away from him and leave him without a proper explanation! CB has many TOS, how would I know which one I violated? Especially if I unintentionally violated a TOS, how would I ever know ??
Instead, paying members have to submit an inquiry form and wait an eternity for a reply… for a proper closure even….
Since when had paying customers fallen to such a level undeserving of the bare minimum customer service and care? There must be something better that the website can do right? I understand that the TOS and rules are in place to protect the vulnerable. But at this point, I start to wonder, are the stringent rules causing more harm than good? The amount of threads here screaming “help! My account is banned!” tells me that the support system might not be helping that well and could be pushing many paying customers and working cam models away.
I know someone will probably reply to my rant telling me to move on and accept that I’ve been permanently banned on CB. Yes. Eventually, I will move on. For now let me grieve. Let me slowly accept the fact that I can never spend a single cent on my favourite cam models ever again.
The only good thing to come of all this was me finding this forum. This forum has been my only solace. Knowing that there are others facing the same frustration and situation as me has been comforting. So thank you Ambercutie for creating this forum
