Asking because I am not getting paid anymore. I think it started in October. They deleted my account's (everyone's?) stored payment information. They asked me to enter new payout information. This would be simple but it seems it goes deeper than that. It looks like they've had issues with the payment processor and they want models to switch to a different processor. I opened a ticket and they haven't replied in over a week now. There's been no communication from them during this time. Are you getting paid? Do they reply to your tickets?
