With that said I thought it was beautifully done but I hate that we will never know who did it...like for sure.
I am at the point where I think they both were actively involved in planning, plotting and executing the murder and Jay told the cops about his "involvement" in order to get a lesser sentence which would be the motive for why Jay went to the police in the first place.
No matter how you look at it it was shotty police work, like really really bad.
I also think that Koeing was to credulous with the police.
