Storage box next to cam space?

I know everyone has their own way of doing things but I'm curious and can't find much, so I thought I'd ask.

If you use toys, lube, etc... do you keep only what you need for that show on hand? Or do you keep everything close by *just in case*? Off screen, or on screen? If on screen, can your guests/members see inside?

I'm trying to be as prepared as possible for my first show (tomorrow, eeek!). I want to have everything ready to go, that way I'm not rushing off screen to grab X, Y or Z.

I and many other camgirls I know use shoe organizers like this one. It can hold all of my toys, small props, oil, lotion and such. Mine was about 15 bucks. If I want to hide my camstuff I can simply close my closet door.

I use a toolbox from Harbor Freight to store my sex toys, lube, charging cords, etc. It has a locking mechanism too.

Now for the dumb question... do you leave it visible during shows? I feel like a read somewhere not to have toys & whatnot on screen when not in use. Watching cams & researching, I don't think I've stumbled upon anyone who kept them visible either.

So toys for today's show, keep within reach but out of sight? (Not that I assume I'll get that far on my first day, just in general.)

I know I'm overthinking this. I just like to be prepared!

I don't think there's anything wrong with having your toys visible on cam, per se. There are plenty of girls who do this. Personally, I keep props and stuff off-cam because I prefer to keep my feed looking as uncluttered as possible, AND there are plenty of dudes who will bust a nut just seeing like, a strap-on next to a lady. I have some small plastic stacked drawers next to my cam area that house the props I use less often, and then the stuff I typically use every shift gets laid out on my desk next to me. Once you get a feel for what you use regularly, you'll figure out what to keep handy for daily use vs. what can be stored away but close by for less frequent use.

I think the one main take-away here is, keep your cam space looking uncluttered. Don't let your cam area distract too much from the main feature of your show, YOU!

Since I do the bulk of my camming in my bedroom, I keep all my stuff in my nightstand's "naughty drawer". If I need one of my toys off-and-on throughour the store, I may leave it out so I can get to it easily- otherwise everything stays hidden. I find it neater that way

I have a plastic three-drawer organizer next to my desk with a couple selections of types of lingerie someone might ask for in a private stashed in it, so I have it on hand. "Stockings bb?" Yeah, I'll gladly put a pair on for you in private, I have a couple right here! Do you want fishnets or backseams?

I keep my most used toys out on my bed or desk (glass dildo, Njoy wand, Hitachi, Lelo Gigi, realistic dildo, paddle--seems to cover the bases), along with lube, wet wipes, a damp cloth and a towel. I have a large plastic tub on my left with things I use less frequently sorted into smaller tubs/bags on one side, and a ton of balloons on the other side. I want to get something with drawers instead in the near future. Under my bed on the right I have a basket with clothes I'm frequently asked for (yoga pants, leggings, various stockings and tights, bikini, pencil skirt & blouse, etc.) I usually have several pairs of shoes/boots within reach as well. This covers most requests. None of it is usually visible on cam, but it's close enough that if they want to see something I can grab it right away. Anything else I'll have to dig in my closet for, so I'll either refuse, ask for gold/tips, or require a block session, depending. If I get asked for something repeatedly I add it to my collection of things I keep nearby!

I keep my stuff in plastic boxes close by but out of sight and only put the main focus objects (me and one or two toys in sight). Guys are sometimes easily distracted plus with all that stuff in sight one might loose focus and then the whole thing drifts in directions not intended. On the other hand if you run votings or other apps that give choice it might be helpfull to show the objects of desire. So it depends on the shows context and your stile. By the way you can never have everything available ... There is always surprise requests

I do have a few commonly requested items next to me but for less common items, I am honest and say that I need about 10-20 seconds to grab the item from my closet (off cam).

This is for Streamate, which is a private based site though. I make guys take me private first then they have to wait while I grab it, haha.

Sooo....How many tokens to organize my closet please lmao! I wish I could physically do this, but nothing ever turns out as neat in my life. But for me, I have a "magical toy box" and I throw everything in there before I cam. They stay in a clear drawer set any other time. I'm an organized mess and a neat freaks worse nightmare lol. My two main toys named Zack and DayQuan literally go missing while I'm camming all the time.

LOL! Shit, my closet is empty right now because I move in less than a week. So, the best I can do now is take a picture of my closet that only has the organizer system in it without my stuff.

But, I use the same organizer system for my loft and garage. I sometimes cam in my loft so this is what that space used to look like (this is now empty, too, but I had a photo of it). This is only the shelving. My closet has drawers and shoe areas and such, too. Excuse the blurs, I had my family photos and bachelor's degree up there that is too personal to share online:

However, if you ladies you remind me (and I'll try to remember, too): I'll take a picture of my closet once I'm set up in my new house! I am getting the same organizer system for that closet, too! I can't live without this, haha. It should be set up by mid August. I have to paint in there and install it, first, which will take some time.

I realized I never posted in here...

So I have spankers and nipple clamps and gags etc on a rack behind my cage... when im camming with the cage behind me, they're in full view. If they're not, its easy to swing the cam around. I have a small cupboard that used to be a pantry (weird..) with a curtain over it cos it doesnt have doors cos I DONT GET DOORS... in there i have plastic totes with toys labelled. The ones i use the most are easiest to reach. Honestly though, that cupboard is a pain in the ass. Its so badly designed.

Dildoes, buttplugs, games, bondage equipment, fetish equpimpment, violet wand etc..are all in this cupboard. I also keep a small drawer with lotions and lubes and condoms for toys. Underneath is a even grosser cupboard thats even harder to access and thats where i keep random things i only pull out once in a blue moon (my cam xmas decorations, bday stuff, old lighting etc)

I have spare lighting/tech equipment in a small side table on another side of the room, with my router and modem on the on top of it. Laptop lives on top of a rolly cart i keep beside that.

Fuck machine lives under the small couch I use to cam off sometimes. Sybian lives in the cage.

Cam clothing is all in my bedroom next door in a special closet of its own .. (we have no closet space so my regular clothes go in drawers)

Heels are only used for camming or cam-events so they live in a cube organizer in my bedroom - but RIGHT beside the cam room door so I can reach them super easily. I used to have them in the bathroom (we have very limited storage space) on a little organizer but this made showing people choices for heels much easier.

Best thing i ever did was move my make up station into my cam room. Its off cam, but its this little folding table with an older black towel over it and a mirror..and just a tray with my make up organized. It makes fixing make up while working way easier.

I am in the process of moving to a new house, which has a larger camroom than my current space and a small bedroom that I'll be using as a closet/dressing room, so I'm totally going to be stalking this thread for storage ideas. I definitely want to put in a custom closet organizer in the dressing room, but I also need to figure out my toy/fetwear storage, because I want my camspace and closet to both look seemingly vanilla when we have family over. The struggle!
