Streamate Wire Transfers Getting Lost??

I've posted this before in the models-only SM thread, but I'm wondering if any other girls with Streamate are having an issue where their wire transfers just disappear on weeks with bank holidays??

Typically by 10 am on the Friday, I have the funds in my american bank account, but whenever there's a holiday within that week the funds could show up the following Monday, or Tuesday or NEVER!

Then I have to pay SM even more money to stop payment and reissue the wire transfer... Anyone dealing with this as well?
