I will be pretty disappointed if the bears don't play their starters and try as hard as they can to eliminate the packers

And I will be disappointed if Cutler and Hester don't have some freak accident breaking both of their legs when trying to eliminate the Packers.

Lmao, you don't know how many times I've wished the same for favre/driver. I used to watch Vikings vs packers games just hoping they injure each other as much as possible.

The niners are going to need a lot of help in order to get the number 2 pick in draft which is they lose to the cardinals, bills, bengals, and broncos beat their opponents so yeah

only team i think you fear of going after a QB would be Arizona. Bills'll stick with fitzpatrick, Bengals will stick with Palmer I think depends on how many years he has left, broncos have tebow! oh boy!

Final week of the year, no Favre playing so him getting taken out was the way he was going to end his career, at least no more bullshit about him coming back after all the injuries he was dealing with this year.

Steelers win big over the Browns, get the 2nd seed in the AFC!

I'm a huge fan, but before the season started, I honestly figured 9-7 with a wildcard at best...

Thanks Bears for playing Cutler all game, I knew I could count on him throwing an interception at the end of the game.

Cardinals need new ownership first, and then get some talent. Beanie Wells and Hightower was never a factor at all this year, Fitzgerald suffered from having no running game, no qb, and no bolden.

The problem isn't the ownership anymore really. The father's let the son run things for the last few years and it's all been fine.

The problem's have been a shitty O-line, an under-performing defense and crappy QBs. Fix that O-line and the running game will be better. Get a better QB and the passing game will get better. Get a cornerback and linebacker or two and the defense will be better.

My priorities

1- Quarterback
2- Offensive Line
3- Linebacker
4- Cornerback

Edit- Most of us knew the team wouldn't be very good this year, but in that crappy NFC West; it should have been OK. But we were worse than we thought.

Oh I just remember after the Superbowl and they didn't want to pay Warner and it came down to the last second where they gave him money but it felt like it was against their will, didn't want to pay bolden, they let one of their major players on defense go from a year ago. Thats where I say new owners. They'd rather be cheap than win.

Didn't watch much of their games because don't get cardinal games here unless its national, and besides its cardinal games haha. I just know from stats and highlights when it comes down to QB and running back play.

Niners can't do anything right, they show up one week too late and forgot to tank against the Cardinals to get at least the number 5 pick and now have the 7th pick, and now time for the playoff race to begin anybody want to do a playoff pick'em?

So the Vikings end up being the most declined team from last year, with 6 more losses and 225 less net points.

Le sigh.

And didn't they finish behind the lions this year in the division as well?

To be honest I am kind of scared about the media talking up the Packers so much going to Philly and winning. Week 1 was the first time the packers had won in Philly in like over 60 years, and I am scared of what vick can do to us on his feet if we over pursue and I go into that game with cautious optimism.

So here's the playoff brackets, with the start times for each game (times are EST)

Once again the niners can't do anything right, they can't even land Jim Harbaugh to coach the niners also I know I will get banned by Amber for saying this, but seriously fuck the dolphins organization a bunch classless fucks, they didn't even fire their head coach and they flew across the country to interview Harbaugh, they didn't even comply with Rooney rule yet, bitch ass dolphins owner had to call Jed York's bullshit about money not being the issue for them, well that was the end of my rant.

Thank you football gods, now I hope the Yorks will get their ass in gear to giving him $6 million a year instead of just giving him $5 million year, the niners got their lucky break there will not be that many especially with Andrew Luck going back to Stanford

Also my playoff picks

Wild Card Round
Sat 1/8/2011
NYJ @ IND I'm going with the Colts on this one
NO @ SEA Saints all the way on this one even if their leading backs are out, the sea chickens don't have that killer instinct to win it

Sun 1/9/2011
BAL @ KC Even though the Ravens offense can be like 40 old who needs viagra to get that boost to get going, the defense is just fucking scary, so I'm going with the Ravens on this one
GB @ PHI The packers will cause a lot of trouble for Mike Vick

Divisional Round
Sat 1/15/2011
IND @ PIT I'm going with the Steelers on this one, the 3-4 defense has always gave Manning trouble in the playoffs and well Blitzburg is just scary
GB @ ATL I'm going with the Packers on this one

Sun 1/16/2011
BAL @ NE Even though the Ravens defense can be scary Tom Brady has been doing a really amazing job of not turning the ball over along with the offense, hell their runningback had their first fumble of the season on the final week of the season
NO @ CHI This would be the final stop for the defending champs to make a repeat the bears are no sea-chickens and the bears defense will cause Breesus Christ some problems

Conference Championship
AFC 1/23/2011
PIT @ NE The patriots ability to protect the ball and not cause costly mistakes will help them prevail against the Steelers

NFC 1/23/2011
GB @ CHI It will be another defensive struggle like the final week of season but the Pack will beat the bears

Super Bowl 2/6/2011
NE vs GB @ Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas
This is were I'm really torn on choosing a winner the battle of California QBs who idolized the 49ers, I'm going with the packers on this one I'm pretty sure they studied the tape of Super Bowl 42 where the Giants blitzed the hell of Brady

titlebelt-300x239.jpg

I wonder if Luck will have 2nd thoughts about staying in college with Harbaugh leaving. And if and what 49ers will attempt to trade to Carolina for the top pick to get him.

You don't have to know football to pick a team to like, women are proof of that...brb running for my life

Amber's gonna kick your ass for that. lol

But Sweep is right in that you don't have to know the game to pick a team. Just find a team that fits what you're looking for.

Looking for a winning tradition? Look at teams like the Packers, Patriots and the Steelers.

You're a sadist and like being tortured? Look at the Lions.

And if you just want to suck up to a camwhore, there's always the Dolphins.

And on that note, I'm going to start running for it!

Can't believe the Chickenhawks beat the Saints.

Football really ain't all that difficult to learn. Heck, look at some of the guys that play it. In defense of the ladies, they probably like all the tight ends better than the actual game strategy anyway. I can't blame them since I'd be watching the LFL primarily for the view too if it wasn't PPV.

Seriously, if you have any questions Jebbaz we could help ya learn.
