trying to make a couples account

I'm trying to make a couples account on SM but it seems to have only created a solo account. I understand support is probably busy with tons of issues/questions from other models but I am unfortunately not that patient it will drive me up a wall until I get answers lol.

update: support got back to me and updated my account to a couples account. I no longer need assistance with this issue.
