Many can argue its simply as stated, Partying and Playing. I would be glad to define further as to why partying isn't technically an illegal activity word completely and playing is sexual activity in the legal form. Same goes for clouds. All of which i suffer from on documented medical documents, overseen by medical doctors of various capacities. You shouldn't and cant penalize me for having ailments. You can for illegal activities.
