One thing I think you should address in your appeal is why you continued engaging with the viewer after the conversation raised a potential rule violation. If a viewer initiates a conversation involving prohibited off-site contact or transactions, the safest course of action is to immediately disengage, report the viewer to Chaturbate, and ban them from your room.

Chaturbate may consider a broadcaster's continued participation in such a conversation as involvement in the prohibited activity, regardless of who initiated it or whether the broadcaster actually intended to violate the rules. Simply stating that the viewer initiated the conversation and that no contact details or payment information were ultimately exchanged may not be sufficient to establish that you did not participate.

I would be interested in knowing whether you reported and banned the viewer immediately, or whether you continued interacting with them after the subject was raised. That distinction could be quite important when assessing your appeal.

I just let them talk, and I kept replying to them in the text chat until they eventually left the room. I didn't ban or report them right away.
