For a while I was working out with a personal trainer 1-2 times a week. I think I gained a few lbs of muscle with all the weight lifting and whatnot! But now I do 20-30 mins of cardio 3x week, plus a few sets of crunches and reverse crunches. That's pretty much all I do right now.

I could definitely attack it harder and probably see better results but let's face it: I'm a lazy bitch. Some of my oil shows and dancing on MFC are part of my regimen too! :D I get sore and tired from those!
