I'm not French. Never confuse Canadians with the French. They exist on opposite sides of the Atlantic Ocean. You can google it. Anyway, if you've found yourself with a twist tie on your wrists, you will have surrendered so I'm not sure what point you are trying to make.

My bad about the French thing, thought that was a French flag in your avatar, but I was apparently mistaken. Which flag is it next to the Canadian one, a Russian flag?

Anyhow, if you find yourself in zip-tie restraints, it doesn't necessarily mean you have surrendered. You could have been overpowered, knocked-out, drugged or a myriad of other scenarios. Take it for what it's worth.
