Is your Chaturbate Account banned? Are you having a hard time getting in touch with anyone? Or even worse, getting a response? Well I have your 100% solution guaranteed.
You see, it all started yesterday, I had been banned for broadcasting outside. I totally understood why I was banned. Was I happy? No. So I took action. I emailed support. But I found that all I got was an automated message, so I emailed them again. Then I got another one, and I just kept the cycle going. I finally stopped, I said to myself if I am not getting a response is it worth it? Maybe they just don’t want my business. But I kept home. and I kept reading these forums, and I saw something that also was a cycle. Models who have been banned messaging support over and over again. When this happens and you send a new message your queue goes all the way back. You may have to wait twice as long now if not more. So, moral of the story is if you are banned send support a message. THEY WILL RESPOND.
so there you have it. Just a quick sidenote, I am not support, I am just A fellow model trying to help the next model that is dealing with the same problem. I think when people see us guys being impatient, they paint a picture for themselves. But to be fair it’s harder for us guys so when something like this happens we don’t take it lightly. Anyways, for anyone who has helped someone going through this thank you. I hope this helps one of you.

I don't understand if this entire post is a joke and mocking, or serious.

You start by saying there is a 100% guaranteed solution that you have.
You then go on to say you have messaged support repeatedly, but you only get automated messages from them each time and no real response or help.
You mention each new ticket and message that you send put you to the back of the queue (are you agreeing with this or are you saying it's a lie? I am confused) and may make replies take longer.

And your solution:

So, moral of the story is if you are banned send support a message. THEY WILL RESPOND.

This is no solution at all. When someone has a problem, they DO send support an email. How is this a solution at all?
Am I missing something? Am I too tired?

I think maybe a language barrier (or basic lack of communication/typing skills) are in play here. I read @Cox Deep's post as "Just send them ONE message ONLY and they'll eventually respond".

Which is something I try to tell people in the CB desperation threads all the time. And if replying, ONLY reply to the initial email, NOT a whole new email which creates a new ticket.

How is this a joke? This is the solution. You message support, they respond when they can; and either you are banned for good and you move on, or you aren’t. What’s more surprising is that anyone would think otherwise. If you’re looking for a quick way to get unbanned it doesn’t exist. This is the way, that’s why people like me who get put in this predicament look for help with people like punker Barbie. But when it hits the fan it’s all the same. Maybe if you think this is a joke you should look up the definition of solution. Like I said, i ended up on this forum because I sought a way to get unbanned. And it was as simple as being patient. There is also a difference in being outlandishly rude, and accidentally rude. If you cannot take this post as an attempt to better help someone understand and you have to be rude; I can only imagine what got you banned, or how you would treat support in the first place. Hope this helps at least one person have a good night fellas

Not sure who you think is being rude. Your post was slightly confusing.

Well here is the problem. People have no patience anymore. In this society where everything has to work immediately, and time is money, patience is one of the things that has gone lost. Unfortunatly i understand that, if you have build your life around camming and than suddenly you get banned it can be a disaster if you have to wait for a week or even more to get answers, and i don't even mention a solution. But models also have to think about the fact that when you get banned, there is always a reason for. It is not a randomly process, If you don't respect the rules you get a warning, If you commit a serious offense it is normal that you are immediately removed before you can do any other mischief. You also have to think one step further: the site where you are camming on, also have rules to obey. If they are discredited tomorrow because things are shown that are not allowed by the government or that seriously violate other people's privacy, they can also be taken offline and then a lot of people are in big shit.

If you address support, than think about this. People are reading your message, it's not a machine. If someone sends you an email, you also want to be addressed politely and not be barked at as if you are a mangy kind of animal that preys on someone else's suffering. A good and polite email can sometimes work wonders.

I'm not from support, if you are wondering, These are just a few things I want to mention because I've also been on the support side, albeit in a completely different industry. And it's not nice to get emails day in and day out where you can only roll your eyes and think, another one like that?

I've got one model friend who is still banned and sent only one email and is now coming up to 3 months waiting for a reply. How much longer do u think she should wait for before she should perhaps ask wtf is going on?

i think the support has already decided if the rule violation is too extreme, or if it has not obeyed the rules several times even after being warned.
then the support will no longer answer or discuss.

the support sends a message .... the worst thing is when the message comes ... you will be banned forever by the cb community.
when this message comes, you can only look for a new cam page, it makes no sense to send further messages, the support will no longer read it because the decision has been made.

Such a strong decision is not made by the software.

this tough decision was made by a human. in most cases, an additional support employee is called in.

Or it's simply a group of trolls trying to get a group of women banned on cb knowing that's it's all too easy to get someone removed (with evidence that they're doing this) and cb is just shite at looking into who and why they're doing the reporting.

The support system for cb is crap if so many people have to go to a forum that isnt a part of cb to try and get communication.

Swear to god queen Elisabeth could broadcast on the site but if several people accused her of being underage she would get banned.

That's not right what you're saying.
There are just enough models male and female who just never read the rules of CB and there are just strict rules, and that's a good thing that the rules are tough.
And certainly no model will be excluded from the platform forever if it is about any user who wants to talk badly to someone.
The first thing to do is to be sure that the CB software intervenes and blocks the account. If the model then asks a question to the support, a person takes care of the matter and checks the entire chat and cam history.
Should there be any discrepancies in this regard, support gives the model a chance to correct it.

However, if there are too gross violations of the rules on the model, such as fake ID data, underage, wrong gender and so on.
Is it right that this model is banned, who does not stick to the rules have to live with the consequences.

If u think it's just naive or new girls that have been having to wait weeks and months or no replies then u have been cherry picking through the complaints and requests for help.

If u manage to get cb to reply to you in less than a week I honestly think it's more down to luck. The average for everyone I know who's had problems (girls going from being 6 months to 5 years on cb and anything from 5k to 600k followers) has been 3 weeks. I dont think it's ok for any business to put people's money on hold for that long especially if they havent done anything wrong or was a minor mistake.

Do u really not believe so many people on here including regulars when they said that cb support is fucked?

I am pretty much upset that u simply assumed the lady I know was someone who keeps breaking the rules.

That's terrible. She should look into trying a different site that doesn't continue to do their models dirty like this. MyFreeCams, maybe? I have always been pleased with their Model Support, and they would never fuck me over like that and ban me just because a group of bitter ass men choose to be petty and report me for shits and giggles. In the past, they've taken quick action when I've had problems with a horrible member, and they've had my back.

Three months is a crazy long time...especially when you've got rent and other bills to pay. Hopefully she's had other money coming in. She could also look into other work from home options (instead of another cam site, and in addition to another cam site):

I’m not saying your examples aren’t common, but you also have to consider the sample. A lot of the people (not all) that come here with CB customer support complaints might be the ones who have unusually bad experiences, to the point of joining a forum unrelated to CB while they grasp for any possible solution.

I’d guess there are a lot of people we never know about that resolve their CB customer support issues without much additional grief.

Anecdotally, I know of five or six models that have had CB support issues (suspended accounts, bans or ID verification denials) in the past 6-8 months. Some endured more hassle than others. But in all but one case, the issue was resolved in about 1-4 days.

To be clear, that does not excuse the lack of response from CB in other cases… just making the point that what we see here on ACF could be the unfortunate rarities.

I made both experiences in the same case.

My account was banned due to a combination of my stupidity, Chaturbate's inclination to assume the worst, and some unlucky circumstances. I was devastated, and I wrote to support, asking for a reason for the ban. They kept silence for about 2 weeks, then they replied, I replied, they quickly restored my account, and then they sent a lot of very nice messages, asking again and again if everything is ok now.

After all, they are humans.

Chaturbate definitely needs to find a way to streamline support/unban emails. Whether it be adding more people to their support team or something else.

I have no clue how big their support team is, but I'm sure they're probably pretty overwhelmed with support tickets, reports and the like. I don't agree with how ban happy they can be, especially when it comes to the "Well, you look underage, so even though we have a valid id on file, we're going to ban you" shit. However, in some instances, I get it. If you read through some of the "I've been banned from CB, HALP!" threads, you'll find that there's more than a few people who straight up blatantly violated the TOS and was blowing up support's emails wanting to get unbanned. People doing underage roleplay, people having unverified performers on their account, people getting drunk and passing out, or people who legit have their children show up on cam (link to one thread where the person was actually unbanned after falling asleep and having their child appear on cam, which is fucking mind blowing).

So, on top of adding more people to their support team, they should probably also be more consistent with who they decide to be lenient with and not. I get it that adult sites can never be too careful these days, especially with all the negative stuff that has happened with and around the adult industry in recent years that got into the mainstream news (fosta/sesta, the Pornhub stuff, etc), but some of CB's banning protocols just make absolutely no sense. Have a team that reviews accounts that are being mass reported right away to see if there's a real issue or if it's just a troll campaign before outright banning (and making that person lose out on income). If it looks questionable, then ban and look into possibly reinstating their account. And maybe not permaban people who follow the rules but "look too young" even though they verified their age, and instead permaban the ones who do stuff like actually allow legitimate minors onto a camsite.

This right here. That decision changed my perception of how they run their business. I previously thought it was just clunkiness and inconvenience with the ban/approval process that was the biggest issue they had going, but it's really hard to have confidence in earning ability on a platform that would overlook something like what that post described.

I think this idea is unrealistic. You have to remember, a lot of cam models also spend their tokens to support other cam models. That makes them both the customer and an employee. This is probably why it’s more complicated then what appears on the service. No offense, I do think it is a nice thought

I don’t understand what your logic is here. Cam models spending tokens on other models has no bearing on how many people work for that site’s support team.

Cam models are not “employees”. We are independent contractors. At no point are we hired by the cam or clip sites that we stream or post content on. However, the site’s support team/admins/dev and tech team are actual hired employees.

It’s not really that complicated. The site makes money from token purchases made by members. They use that money to keep the site up and running, pay their employees and various other overhead costs. If they spent more of that money to hire more support people then there wouldn’t be all these issues with people not getting responses from support for weeks.

(Edited because I’m on my phone and posted too soon. Whoops)

this right here. most sites (probably all) the TOS states they can remove a model from their site if they decide to, and they dont need a reason. it's shitty when you think about it, but legally they are allowed. as contractors we dont have the worker rights employees get.

I'm not an employee. Models are not employees. We are 1099 independent contractors which means we run our own business and don't work directly for any employer. That being said, even if we did work for them as an employee that doesn't make a dang difference on why they can't hire or streamline their support more. I don't have that issue with any other site. Models tipping other models only makes us models and members. Not employees.

No offense, but I think someone who makes their full time living as a model might understand the system more than a user. Especially as you point out, many of us are also tipping other models so we have both sides of experience.

Better solution is find a site that actually respects cam models enough not to ban randomly and then leave you without an income while you wait to maybe or maybe not be unbanned.

I don't see this type thing happening on any other site. It's ridiculous.

I would be furious if I took the time to build up a fanbase just to have no income while I wait to be unbanned and possibly lose all my hard work in building up my business. I will never work on Chaturbate again although my account is still in good standing. Not worth it.

Either or, lmao. Private contracting is still a form of work in which makes the “private contractor also the customer. It’s not like doordash where u buy food from a different platform. Where there are 2 apps. One for “private contracting” and the other for “customers”. Being a full time model doesn’t credit you in the field of customer service. If you cannot understand that both payment transactions and payout transactions from on the SAME platform may be difficult; I don’t know how better to explain to you. But I can tell you that being a full time model has no merit when speaking online customer service, no offense. Also for you to play the “I’m a full time model” card is a little weak. U have no clue what I do full time. You’re just assuming. All to cherry pick my post apart with no actual goal.
also I get you would be furious if u were banned and felt like you lost it all, but maybe u should think about how chaturbate feels everytime you get banned. Because you getting banned for whatever reason (usually understandable) can actually harm more people and to just think about yourself whilst there is millions of other models is upsetting. And if you did nothing wrong, you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. If you were a full time model I’d assume you would be prepare for things like being banned. And make sure u have a couple platforms. But like I said, seems like I’m just being cherry picked for no actual reason but for you to call a victory ✌🏼 I’m good

I think you guys fail to realize how much larger chaturbate is to other sites. This post isn’t to argue on how difficult it is for chaturbate customer service. But if it I was I would bet my money’s worth that they are always working for the customer and models the best they can. This post was to highlight the one and only solution to contacting support. Have a good day mate

Oh bless your heart.

Fuck, the camsplaining on this is off the charts. I don't need to know a damn thing of what you do because unless you're working for Chaturbate it's irrelevant and your comments really don't do much other than the one reiteration what ambercutie has been saying for years. Just like me having multiple bachelor's degrees and managing an entire fucking department of customer service people prior to camming including online tech doesn't always translate to camming knowledge. But cool.

Oh man, now I see since you are the almighty tech support cam girl. I didn’t know you had a degree. You are so much savvy and smarter than I. i bow down to you great camgod 😂😂😂😂😂😂

I think you guys fail to realize how much larger chaturbate is to other sites.

Since Chaturbate is such a larger site, they should have more people on their support team so that people who are banned don’t have to wait days or weeks to get a response. Part of running a business is expanding your team when your business expands. It’s really not that hard of a concept to grasp.

In the end, it doesn’t really affect me since I don’t cam on Chaturbate. But after being in this industry for four years and seeing countless threads about people getting banned from CB and seeing how CB has failed to change the way they run their banning protocols for years, I honestly feel bad for the legitimate rule abiding models who lose out on income and I’m baffled at how such a large site can’t find a way to streamline support.
