Dear Amber,

I have use one of my card many times to purchase tokens successfully but the last couple of times I get a notification that reads, PLEASE INPUT A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I log out then in again but nothing .
As usual the company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Thank God for YOU.
I spend approximately 2500 to 5000 tokens almost daily. Just last night almost 10,000
Can you please help me out?

Dude, I thank God for Amber too. :p However some of you keep tagging her or mentioning her in these “Help me!” threads, because you’re assuming she can help you with your cam site issues. She is knowledgeable on many related topics, however she does not work customer service for any of these sites. This is her forum.

Call their billing department. Number is on the very bottom of the website.
Tried a million times .... YES ! .... a MILLION to no avail. They never answered. Last time I tried was about two hours ago and listen to their recorded message ... "Someone will be with you soon" for 1:14 and finally just hung up.

They probably want you to verify your identity. If you're slinging that kind of coin around they want to make sure it's not fraud.

Have you emailed/submitted a ticket?

Well here's the rub, emailing them multiple times only sets you back to the end of the queue. You should have received an automated response at the very least.

If that response had a ton of links asking if they answer your question, scroll to the bottom and click no.

If it said a rep will contact shortly, wait.

Yes, thanks. I am aware of all that. The weird thing is that I used the same card several times with no issues at all until suddenly it is "an invalid card number"
It won't even let me type past the first seven numbers.

Are you using a VPN to access the site?

Official support for Chaturbate can be reached at support@chaturbate.com. Customer support cannot assist you without a support ticket on the issue you are having
 
Guess what?? ... I went to turn my VPN off and my plan actually expired 3 days ago 🙃 😂😆😂 so the issue is definitely not caused by it 😬 ... LOL❕‼️
So the rep's reply here seems to indicate there is actually not an open ticket on site based on the username you posted here. Is the stuff you posted in all caps at the bottom of your initial post here your username, or no?

… or is it the lack of VPN that’s causing the issue now?

We won’t know until you put in a support ticket about it.

Sorry about the late reply. I have now actually tried 3 different cards and keep on getting the same message after typing just the first four digits = 'PLEASE ENTER A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER'
It is chaturbate loss cause I am moving on to flirt4free. They answer immediately when you call and treat you with so much respect. Even a few models are telling me chaturbate has been very messy for the past few days.

This feels like either your country of residence and bank account location are the problem, or there's been some flag raised by your recent activity on the site which has temporarily restricted your ability to purchase tokens (but you should have received some notification if that was the case).
The first 4 digits of the credit card number usually denote the card network type and issuer, so if it's consistently failing at that point of entering details, likely the first suggestion above.

The reason it's stopping you after 7 digits is because it's doing validation on the fly and it doesn't recognise the initial digits as belonging to a valid pattern - usually it already knows that by the first 4 digits. Are you using a "virtual" card number? It may be that the virtual card number is no longer being considered valid, in which case you could try the actual number printed on the card.

Dude, I live in CALIFORNIA and HAVE USED THE SAME CARDS FOR MONTHS WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. I went on flirt4free because I promised a model to do a private show and the card worked immediately.

The credit card isn't valid because you didn't finish typing it in. Ignore the message man just keep entering the number if you sit there and type 4 numbers and wait it's going to say it's invalid because you didn't finish putting the full number in.

Let's pretend for a moment that it's some other issue...what stops you from using epoch? You know the second credit card option.

NOPE, I DID TYPE ALL DIGITS TO NO AVAIL.
SAME MESSAGE. IT'S NOT IMPORTANT ANYMORE. PERHAPS IS A MESSAGE FROM THE UNIVERSE TELLING ME TO STOP USING ALL THE SITES 🛑🚫
