Despite being an atheist and very anti-supernatural, my fear of demons. I do not know why, but the thought of them really unnerves me. And if I see a horror movie, I am running to be under the covers as soon as lights are out.

Dude yes, this is totally me. Me and my bf watch paranormal stuff on Netlfix and I get super paranoid afterwords. I try to reason with myself but my fear makes no sense since I'm also atheist. lol. I always wonder what to do if there's a demon and I can't pray hahah

I'm with y'all on this. Monster movies are my jam, and slashers don't really effect me. I find aliens, zombies, and mutants, and other freaks of (pseudo)science just ridiculous. But supernatural horror gets right under my skin. Shadows are real, and my bedroom is full of them in the dark of night, even with night lights plugged in. My imagination has no problem filling those shadows up with lurking terrors.

Seeing people get excited about autumn when MY STATE DOESN'T HAVE THAT SEASON. It's still summer here, stfu about your "autumn".

Iowa seasons are:
Construction (summer)
Still summer
It's so hot, I'm sweating my balls off. I grew balls so I could sweat them off, it's that hot.
Why is it so hot, it's "fall" now?
Holy shit, it's snowing already?
Winter
Still winter
Somehow still winter
Two nice days in a row followed by a blizzard
Jesus fucking dicks it is STILL winter
Oh hey it's starting to get nice out now - and now it's 90, fuck me
Construction
Mosquitos
It's so humid I feel like I'm walking through soup
Why is it so hot, kill me now

And repeat until everyone gets old and dies.

Except for this year. We had a mild winter followed by a mild summer, and that doesn't happen. It's either nice, mild winter followed by August weather in May and fucking Texas weather come August, or a nice mild summer followed by a fuck you winter where it's suddenly Alaska in Iowa. Two mild seasons has me on edge just waiting to get fucked... Is it going to be Antarctica this winter? Are we going to have a last fuck-everything burst of tornadoes? Is the San Madrid fault going to shake up the Midwest like it's never been shook? Is a meteor about to hit and kill us all? Is Yellowstone finally going to blow? WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN THIS HAS TO BE A SIGN OF THE APOCALYPSE.

Never remembering what I needed to buy. Two weeks ago I needed to buy two things from Target. The first week I kept forgetting one item so I put off going to the store. By the time I remembered what the second item was, I forgot the first. Every time I remember what I need I can't write it down.

My mom's microwave doesn't have a lit keypad, so if I'm trying to nuke something at night, I can't see the buttons. I just accidentally cooked two corn dogs for 4.5 minutes, instead of 1.5. They were rock-hard and not edible at all.

More of a pet peeve than loathe...

When you tell a person something, and they say "Fair enough."

Uh...yeah, it's more than fair. I've just made a very good point. Can't ya just nod in agreement, or to show that you understand where I'm coming from? Lmao.

I find that to be the most polite way to say they don't want to discuss that subject anymore, or the popular "Let's agree to disagree." Meaning basically they don't completely agree with your point, but it isn't worth continuing the argument/discussion.

I can see why it's annoying, but I guess they way I see it is the person is trying their best to be polite. I'm sure tone has a lot to do with how its taken.

Yeah, I feel like they're agreeing to disagree, and just want to shut me up. Lol.

What's really driving me batty today: people (ESPECIALLY those whom are "Verified") on Twitter posting completely false information that they know will get people completely freaked out, and then NOT DELETING the original false tweet when they're proven completely wrong.

I get it, you're enjoying all the retweets and attention. But holy shit you're causing a panic for no reason.

We tend to trust a twitter account more if it has that adorable little blue check mark on it. But when you get Twitter Verified I feel like you've got more responsibility with what you tweet. You can reply to your own post and tweet general "oops, here's what's really up" stuff to your timeline but it's too late at that point. People have already spread it like wildfire and will continue to retweet the OP without researching for updates.

Even I fell victim to the panic this morning when a pretty well known cam friend tweeted about it. I freaked out and RT'd with my own rash reaction! As soon as I was pointed in the right direction (thanks again @weirdbr), I posted clarification then deleted the original tweet to try to quell the spread. I informed the cam friend of the info and she posted clarification/deleted her OP as well. I've tried my best to get others to do the same, but it's too big for me at this point.

Trolls with zero self awareness or creativity. One here has the same shtick where they keep finding new ways to pretend to be offended by imaginary slights so they can throw pity parties and have a whine. Just eww man. The insecure and bitter trolls almost become likable in comparison. Like how do they not realize the perception they put out there is working against them becoming more successful. Frustrating to watch. Own worst enemies. Sad really.

The weather not cooperating with my golf schedule.

What kinds of things are these Tweets saying? This sounds interesting; just curious for some examples. Thanks!

Well, I suppose I can render my response camming-related. I had to remove Skype from my phone recently because a few viewers were finding my Skype address and CALLING me in the middle of my cam-shows. I've had multiple random guys video call me on my phone via Skype in the middle of the night without any precedent (no "Hey, what's up? I am so-and-so", no "May I Skype you?")

Like, seriously? It screws over all of the guys I actually Skype with, because now I've had to remove it from my phone (with my phone model, you can turn off Skype notifications but not incoming calls). It's rude and totally confounds me - how can anyone think that that is acceptable? LOL

Is there no way to block incoming video calls from people you haven't added to your contacts? I have this option on desktop.

In this case it was a verified sex work blogger creating hysteria about Twitter banning porn, posted a screenshot of text out of context that created a false sense of truth. Instead of removing the tweet (that people continued to retweet because hey, she's verified it must be true!) she argued with people who tried to correct her and made excuses.

This is going to sound stupid, considering where I'm lodging this complaint, but I hate the fucking internet so very much, especially social media and places like Reddit, and I hate that I can't seem to break the terrible habit of idling away all my time on it. It's ugly, it's distracting, and I really need to figure out a way to break away from the tendency out of simple boredom of ending up surfing through endless threads of loutish, hateful people arguing about shit they are unqualified to discuss.

Dude, I'm with you on Reddit, tbh. I initially got into it given the plethora of information available on there but quickly discerned that Reddit is a rather toxic, highly-opinionated (not very objective; easily 'butthurt') community. A lot of avid Redditors are huge proponents of free speech when it benefits them but use the 'karma' feature and 'post reports' to remove any dissenting or differing opinions...talk about irony. I left Reddit after a mere few weeks because I just couldn't stand the BS anymore.
