Buffer bloat

Hi!

I'm not very tech savvy, but I ran a DSLReport and my buffer bloat is rated C. What does this mean and what can I do?

I have good internet otherwise. I've been getting disconnected and having issues with people seeing my cam on SM.

From what I understand a good router can protect against buffer bloat.

You may need to contact your router's support about it in order to improve the quality.
