Can't add email to CB account

Created a CB account. When registering and after registration, I can not add my email. I am getting an error. Tried several browsers already. Support is silent, please help me.

I apologize for the distraction, but my issue is still not resolved in support. It's already the second week. I have sent screenshots of the error and have not received a response.
Maybe I should try creating another account (l can try to do sign up via google)? I don't want to accidentally break any rules.
