Chaturbate is confusing me, i need help. :(

Hey girls, im trying hard to verify my age but they always say that i "look too young" even when i already send my documentation prooving that im over 18.
I really dont know what to do anymore, i have sent a lot of mails to support and they banned my account 2 times, i wad banned, so i received a mail saying that now i could start streaming and my age was verify, and after when i log on my account, i noticed that my age was not verify, and minutes later i was banned again.

Im from Brazil, my documentation is ok, scanned both sides high quality... Im 21 years old and im very confuse with all of their reasons. (ID blurry, dark, duplicate, expired {isn't expired, they mistook my "data de expedição" that means the day that i take my ID in DETRAN with expiration time or something like this}).

Can someone help me? Pleeease.

Apparently, they say it's a policy of theirs, which I don't understand if you provide the correct age documentation. Have you cammed on any other sites before?

If they're already saying you look too young, you're probably going to end up with a lot of people reporting you for being underage when you broadcast, and they don't check anything when they get those reports, they just ban you.

If you like the token site atmosphere, try MFC, they don't pull that crap. Streamate is private based, and also doesn't do stupid stuff like banning someone who's age-verified for "looking underage".

I kinda had that problem. I just e-mailed support and theygot it fixed pretty quick.

Chaturbate has a very weird age policy where they don't let anyone who could be mistaken for a minor cam on their site. They ban people for that reason all the time. You are just going to have to cam elsewhere until you look older.

Well, you will run into that problem on certain cam sites if you look very young. I also look super young and cam sites must verify me throughly. People reported me for being underage on Chaturbate and Adult Work. Both sites did not block but they keep asking me to verify my age a few times. However, AW stopped after the 2 times and allow for me to cam again. Meanwhile, Chaturbate approve me after 3 times and allow for me to cam there again. There rules on age is a bit strange but I just am affiliate with them now. Just find some more other sites to work on.
