I have seem the members complaint about getting pms from randoms and my only regular is suffering with this... I need help for him

Is your only regular suffering or do you just want to make sure nobody lures him away?
It's different on every site. If he doesn't know how to navigate a website to find the settings to adjust, and has to have a cam model sign up on a third party forum to ask instructions, maybe he shouldn't be using the Internet.

Well on MyFreeCams he can change his settings so that only people on his friends list have the ability to PM him. If he’s not willing to change it to that setting, he’s probably low-key enjoying the free attention he’s getting from the models PMing him. Lol.
You are right, being concerned about this was so not worth it. He doesn't enjoy all the spam but imo may he receive all

I think its important to not worry about what other cammodels are doing. Focus 100% on providing the best shows and interaction you are capable and comfortable performing. You cannot control what he does end of the day. If he's complaining to you about the sites function, you're not support. Anytime a member complains to me about the site i direct them to the the sites support. (Worked too many customer support jobs and know there are others qualified/paid to do that. Even if i know how to solve their issue. Not my job.)
Im on another camming/content hiatus, and i have loyal regs who are still consuming/subscribed to my content. Im sure one day they wont. Its best to assume that everyone has their own shelf life. But i do understand the anxiety of losing your most valued regulars.

On Stripchat he can literally block/ban the models from sending a private message.
Or he can archive the messages and he won't get any kind of notification showing he has new messages.
Either way to do any of these 2, he needs to click into the models message which they sent him, click the 3 vertical dots at the top, and in there you can see multiple options (view profile, add to bookmarks, and more). Midway down the list he should see "move to message requests" and at the bottom "ban model".
If he blocks the model, it just means they can't PM him, he can still visit them.
