I really dont even see how what lilsecrett did is so bad, I think just a warning and a fine would be enough and mfc should allow her back since she probably wouldn't do it again.

You don't see how having children on your feed and not turning it off while having a full conversation with one of them is wrong? Really?

I think its disrespectful to the children and their parents, but it wasn't like she was actually harming the children.

I am in shock that you think she deserves just a slap on the wrist. This is more than "disrespectful". It is reckless, irresponsible, and puts people, CHILDREN, in potential risk. End of story. Plus it is against a zero-tolerence rule. Yeah, MFC tends to not follow their own rules but having kids on cam is a pretty big deal. In no way should she ever be able to be back on MFC.

What risk do the children face over this? She isn't a child molester.

Exploiting children on a porn site for your own gain is pretty disgusting. She had a choice to cut the feed the moment that child was on cam. It isn't like she cant see her own feed as she is streaming, and whoever is in it. She made a choice to continue to stream, and even have a conversation with the child. She may not have physically molested a child, but she certainly knowing and willingly exposed her to men with their dicks in their hand.

This thread was started way before the library shows. Her original petition was removed by the sites host prior to the library shows coming to light. Why are some in this thread convinced the petition is about that and that this thread was created regarding library shows?

This thread is the worst circle of telephone game I have ever seen.
Well the thread did start about the news article about the OSU library show chick.

But of course, since juju tried to spin her petition/agenda into a crusade about the library shows (since no one really gives a crap about her original petty issue with katsumi, and because she had 0 traction with the media and whatnot about that) people are mixing up the two different things.

I forgot about the part where she was talking to them, so she was using them to gain more money. I thought the were just running in the background like 2 or 3 times and not really "part of the show".

I've noticed several posts with people taking things as fact when I see no original post saying or showing they were fact. I have a couple quick questions.

Has anyone actually seen any report saying the FBI are actually investigating anything in this matter?
Because all I can find is a news channel reporting that 'Juju' said she turned it over to the exploited children center and they turned it over to the FBI. Even that news channel said the FBI had not returned their call. Since Juju has zero credibility on any subject in life right now, I don't believe that, by her word alone. Hell, I don't see any proof the exploited children people have even been contacted anywhere. So, anyone got any proof of that...at all?

Also, does anyone have any proof of Lilsecrett having a chat in a library with a child? Not saying it didn't happen, just the only thing I could find is Juju, once again flapping her yap, telling news reporters that she saw videos of it out there on the internet. Screencaps, video source? Feel free to PM me with links instead of posting them publicly if you have them. General internet searches are turning up nothing except Juju trying to get in the limelight.

Again, I'm not saying these things aren't true. I'd just like to actually verify them from other sources besides Juju, who obviously has an agenda here and is the least credible person I've run across in a long time.

There is a video of the show where she has a conversation with the kids, yeah. I have seen it a few times all around the place. This definitely 100% happened.

As for the FBI, I personally haven't seen any proof. :/

Yeah, there was video of lilsecrett and the incident. It happened, it wasn't a good thing, she was eventually banned or "fired" as juju and the news call it. The women who were leading the crusade were spreading screen caps and the video itself all over the place, unfortunately. Strange they were so upset that the mfc girl exposed the kids, but the women had no problem spreading it around to help fuel their agenda.

There's no evidence of the FBI being involved, but people are assuming they are since apparently any little thing reported to them must be investigated. I doubt most people know much about how the FBI works.

Yes, I edited my post. I realized I was in the wrong one! They are both similar at this point. OOOPSIE! :)

Here’s Kendra’s first interview after being charged. Sounds like she is handling it well and that’s an understatement.

I heard that someone registered the domain kendrasunderland.com right after the news broke and had already received several offers for it in the low to mid five figures. God bless the internet.

There are bots people use to quickly register domains after a big news event.

Wow! I'm actually pretty impressed with how positive the article was! It's pretty cool that they weren't really demonizing sex-work/camming, which would've been an easy route and more dramatic too. I always worry that anything a camgirl says to the media will be misconstrued to make things seem shady or terrible. I do feel that she seems a bit flippant and naive but hopefully she's learned something and can find some success with modeling. It's cool that her parents didn't freak out too much, even though they withdrew their financial support I think it seems like they'll all get over it and she'll still have a family in her life. I always worry that this kind of stuff could ruin someone's life and I don't really think anyone wants an outcome that extreme.

PS: That corset she wears in one of the pictures featured in the article is AMAZING! I gawked for like 5 minutes.

She probably will end up pleading guilty and get 1 or 2 months in jail and probation or just probation.

Turns out she's getting gigs already from it. It'll probably turn out quite well for her.
Sunderland reveals that while her parents are 'upset' that their daughter is now known as 'library girl,' she thinks this could be her big break.
She has already done a professional photo shoot and says that she has also received numerous other offers in the past week.
---
And while her parents may be upset and the young woman was cited with public indecency, Kendra is hoping the hype around her library escapades is just what she needs to launch a modelling career.

If a male cam model did the same thing, he would be in prison still and be labeled a huge pervert lol.

Why exactly does the "if a male blah blah" argument keep getting brought up? It's so completely irrelevant and unrelated to the actual situation at hand, I've seen the same statement so much everywhere since this all started. Ya'll are arguing a hypothetical situation for what purpose?

Maybe you should test it?

If it was a guy doing it, nothing would have happened. Proof:

When I was in high school, I realized that the dude sitting next to me at the public library was about to start jacking off - he was looking around, propping a magazine up in his lap, and then I heard his zipper. I got up and took my sister with me, and we relocated to an entirely different part of the library, because I was way too weirded out and surprised by the situation and didn't even know what I should say to the library staff.

Just like how homeless dudes go into the library and use the computers to watch porn, and nobody says anything to them or the staff or remotely tries to stop it. Everybody complains about it when they're not there, but most people are way to uncomfortable with the situation to walk up to the staff and say "Hey, the guy at computer 12 is tugging the one-eyed snake".

I've never knew people were looking at porn or doing that at libraries lol, the last time I've been to them the computers sucked(slower than 56K dialup) and there was no wifi or 3G internet.

I don't think that's proof or even comparable, if the guy made a video and it was leaked and he was identified, I imagine he'd face consequences.

But it's kind of neither here nor there in this case (in my opinion), and really it's hypothetical anyway (unless there's a comparable case?).

In regards to lilscrett, I will first say that I believed she deserved to be banned from MFC. She should have immediately cut her cam feed when she realized that children were nearby and that was a bad mistake on her part.

I do not think she has been charged with a crime although that could happen in the future. I tend to think that she won’t be charged because, unlike the Kendra, I don’t believe anyone has provided the video evidence to the local authorities.

There is no indication that she exposed herself to the minor so, at worst, she would face a charge similar to Kendra’s charge, which I believe is a misdemeanor charge of public indecency. Even if she did expose herself to the child, it has to be taken in context, and it was clearly accidental.

A typical sentence for a crime of this type is probation and a small fine. Maybe some community service and the charge will likely be dismissed entirely after she completes probation. I can say with great confidence that she won’t be required to register as a sex offender, the court system doesn’t ruin people’s lives for one time misdemeanor offenses.

PS As far as the FBI investigating (which is completely ridiculous on it’s own), I believe this occurred in Canada and the FBI doesn’t have any jurisdiction in Canada.

Well juju links to the site that contains the video, so Law Enforcement would be able to easily get it if they want it. And if it happened in canada the FBI would just forward the info over to Canadian authorities.

The second she went to the library and there was kids she should have turned around and left. Abort mission to the fullest. If she was already there and they showed up she should have cut feed and left. Again abort mission. Even chancing anyone being on cam is a bad decision in my opinion. Instead she kept going with them running in the background more than once and even talked to one of them knowing they were on cam. I have no sympathy for her getting banned for life for choosing to do something she knew she shouldn't and did it anyway. I just can't. It was so wrong to me on so many levels. She made a choice knowing the consequences and she has suffered one of them.

Im sure that Juju has or will try to get this stuff to somebody. If she knew where secret was you better bet she would be contacting them turning over the video of it all. I dont think she's been charged with a crime yet and that's the only reason why. They dont know about it yet. Also it's not like we would really know if she had been right? I doubt she would come out and say so, so unless another news story broke we probably wouldn't find out.

She may not have exposed herself to minors outright but isn't being exposed at all near minors enough to get charged with sex offender crimes? I know the area she is in matters and I have no clue where she really is, but it could be a real possibility. People have been charged just for peeing near a playground with no kids even present. It doesnt matter truly if you expose yourself to one, or are exposed near where one may be in certain places. And like mentioned before it really depends on the prosecutors and a judge as to what really could happen. She could easily be charged with way worse than OSU girl and have to register as a sex offender for life, go door to door and notify people, and have to choose where to live based on proximity to schools. I think just assuming it'll be forgiven and forgotten if the law is brought attention to it is putting to much faith in other peoples agendas and politics. Some judge somewhere would foam at the mouth to preside over this case and we all know it. Most people with agendas dont care or give one shit about ruining other peoples lives, or trying to. I mean look at Juju for instance. Perfect example of someone with an agenda not caring about the consequences to others.

juju seems to want to be in control of the situtation, she freaks out about some of sites the cappers own and tries to spread myths they are owned by the mfc admins.

I have a question,

Something I've been confused about, in your opinion (all of yours ;)) what is the worst about the kids on the feed? Is it the model exposes herself to the kids? the fact that an innocent bystander is being streamed on a pornsite? the fact that someone underaged is being streamed at a pornsite? Is it because it's against MFC rules or because it's illegal? (is it actually illegal?, adult popping up in the screen while streaming isn't illegal, that's legal by law, even on a porn site. I don't know about kids in this case, but legally, what is a pornsite?, the moment the kid showed up she was 'only' topless.)

I understand there's a lot of reasons to deem it wrong, and I fully agree, I'm just not entirely clear as to why.

I personally find it wrong to stream from a public place and expose yourself, with or without children. if it's against the law, it's wrong IMO. However, why the intense reaction to the kid on cam specifically?

Since she wasn't doing anything to them and they were fully clothed,I think just having the kids on the stream makes her liable for civil suits where she lives for violating personality rights.

yes well that's the issue, there's something as portrait right (where people's faces are their own copyrighted property) but there's also a law which states that anyone, anywhere can film within the public space and that anyone present there is part of the public space. that's why newsreports can have people walking in the background, and those streetcams/earthcams can broadcast as well.
