Back to the herb talk, I think must smokers know at least a few people with an irrational hatred for it. Whether it be the girl in high school that was turned down by a stoner and forever holds a grudge or some dude that lost his girlfriend to a stoner, some people just hate it. Hilarious when these people try to bring up health while they eat fast food everyday and are scared to death of exercise. If I had a nickel for every time some dude with a beer gut tried telling me how unhealthy it was, well, I wouldn't have THAT many nickels but it can be entertaining to see how far some will go to try to justify their hatred for it.
It's not hatred, merely being extremely turned off by people with a lack of intelligence, as evidenced by the pot-smokers in this thread.
Okay, i let the first ride comment slide that you directed toward me because, frankly, i get that I'm not everyone's cup of tea. That would be an impossible feat on my part and i would drive myself crazy. However, you have no idea what my educational background is and whether or not i have a medical card. You don't know that the friends around me all have multiple degrees and speak multiple languages each. You don't know that i volunteer at my local dv women's shelter doing makeup and helping build resumes. You haven't the first clue about me, my intelligence, or my character. However, i can judge for myself that although you were responded to worth politeness despite your verbal barbs, you choose to insult me directly without provocation. I judge you as having low moral character because i love under the idea that you treat all with love and understanding even in disagreement. See how that works?

Heh, I was about to agree with you until you started name-calling. :) Everyone here has different things to offer. But if you like someone and later find out that they are a white supremacist and love to read Mein Kampf, don't tell me that you wouldn't judge them and that your estimation of them wouldn't go down. Of course it would. We all have things that raise or lower other peoples' opinions. Once you decide to publicize one or more of these, you will attract a percentage of the audience, and simultaneously push away the other part of the audience. Not acknowledging this is insanity.

Sooooo...you're equating stoners to neo-Nazis. You have just left Earth orbit, dude.

The only people I am calling stupid are the ones who decide to inhale a foreign substance. That's stupid.

Well, pro-choicers too.

Either you're just putting on a master class in trolling, or you need to watch less Fox News.

I don't equate intelligence with educational achievement. These days, unless you study STEM, they give out diplomas like candy as long as you are of the proper political persuasion.

These days in certain states, you can be driving down the street with your family and suddenly there is a marijuana store, with people advertising it outside. It's kind of like seeing a strip club in the middle of a nice neighborhood -- the questions you get from kids in the car are absolutely infuriating to have to deal with, all to make stoners happy.

The pro-choice thing was an ill-timed joke... I retract that :shifty:

Glad to know you lump strippers and stoners together while on your shaming spree...on a camgirl forum that has tons of strippers on it.

Your right-wing bullshit is just making me ill at this point. And the funny thing is with you conservatives is that you preach all that morality/family values bullshit, you're criticizing the morality of, literally, a weed and strippers...and yet here you are on a porn-related site. The morality police would have a coronary.

lol you can be driving down the street with your family anywhere that might prompt your kids to ask infuriating questions about anything. I hope these are hypothetical children that you don't actually have, the whole argument from parents who don't want to talk to their kids about things they find immoral or whatever is so lol while also being entirely sad.

Teaching children from a young age to shame or distance themselves from people because of their jobs, life choices, or use of a (possibly medicinal) plant is fuuucked up, yo. But enjoy that sheltered life!

ETA: Your comment about non-STEM field degrees? Hahaha. Go brush your hair and polish your belly gem.

I'm willing to bet that he has absolutely no problem driving past a gun store explaining to his kids why people use guns.

"Well, Billy, sometimes, you just get so fed up at all the stoners and strippers that you have to go on a shooting spree. You know, cause morality."

I'm hearing his tweets in Travis Bickle's voice.

And then in Admiral Ackbar's voice: "It's a trap!"

Maybe I should be concerned that I'm hearing all these voices.

After looking through the replies to assorted tweets on that page, it's a female, who has in fact shot with other people who vouch for her. But, she does tickle porn. I am not really ticklish.

Adult entertainment, educating children about drugs, personal freedoms and female agency... these are all terrible, terrible things :?

Really? You think a 4 or 5 year old seeing a marijuana shop on the side of the road and asking about it is a good thing?

I don't get the equivalences being drawn with MFC. MFC is a website. It's not advertising itself on the side of the road, and if you have the proper blockers put in place, it is utterly invisible. Which is the way adult activities should be. I fail to see how this is controversial :)

just say it's like the place where daddy(mommy/uncle johnny) buys their beer. Since it's essentially the same concept to a small child.

and most rational adults

Are you scared to tell your kids about cough medicine? Pain relievers? Prescription drugs? Probably not. Marijuana is a medicine to a lot of people. So we should hide away dispensaries so your children don't ask about it?

Also... Why are your kids even asking about it? Unless they know what it is already, it sounds surprising. They may see like a pot leaf or something and question it I suppose... But in that case if you are uncomfortable for whatever reason you can simply say, "kiddo that is a plant store" and move on to a different topic.

Not directed solely at Raccoon but it is so strange to me that people use their kids as an excuse for things like this, gay couples, and any other random thing. "But dear Jesus what will the kids think?!?!" Nothing. They probably won't give a shit, especially at 4 or 5 years old. And if they do give a shit, chances are they will be way cooler and understanding about it until you decide to tell them it is a bad terrible immoral thing.

"Adult activities"-- do you feel that way about liquor stores too? What about pubs? Sex shops?

My goodness, so much hatred from those who disagree. I was trying to draw an analogy about something repellent that you might learn about a camgirl after-the-fact. If you prefer to spend time attacking the form of the argument, you're just wasting your time.

Sex shops, definitely! Not sure about the other two, that is good food for thought.

I don't think anyone has a problem with the fact that you don't find girls who smoke herb (or anything for that matter) attractive. Everyone has turn on's/offs and everyone is entitled to them..it was kind of your "holier than thou" attitude that you came in here with, to shame a particular model for something that you disagree with. Pro-lifers are certainly entitled to feel the way they do, but to stand outside of a hospital, waving and yelling their opinion at people, shaming the women who get abortions is judgemental, rude, abusive and frankly, disgusting behaviour. And the way you're carrying yourself, from someone who knows you really well, and cares about you more than I can even express, is wrong.

To summarize (because I still don't think you understand why people are "hating" on you) - your opinion is fine. You coming here to shame someone because of your opinion isn't.

(and its insanely hard to come and post in this thread because again, you know how much I lurv you. All of this is just sad :( )
