Yet I am the only one who is constantly attacked

Well, you could write a polite word like "Do you have the purchase limits listed anywhere? Kinda flying blind here not knowing how many I can buy...", but you would probably just get a suspiciously automated run-around from them.

If you resigned yourself to that being the status quo at CB, then I guess you could just try when you wanted to buy some, then fume when your account got frozen with that stupid "unable to tip, please contact support" message. And if 3 or 4 days of infuriating back and forth emails isn't your cup of tea, could just come here and post a polite line on punkerbarbie's profile page, which is now fully staffed with well meaning volunteers.

I only have one 'issue' with CB.
People that don't know how to upload gifs within the proper dimension limits (250x80)

In my experience in the service industry you do everything possible to make a customer happy. However there comes a point when you realise no matter what you do, the customer will not be happy or try to be reasonable. It is at that point that you tell the customer to go elsewhere for everyone's sanity...

One can only hope that after numerous people have told someone that they are a infliction on the human race, they might take a moment to reflect on their own behaviour.

That sounds like a fraud alert is getting triggered at the payment processing level. This could be triggered by the billing service, payment processor, payment gateway, PSP, Finical Network, and the Finical Insulation involved on both ends of the transactions.

And guess what, none of those companies are going to explain when or why they trigger an alert. They won't even tell you if it's a fraud alert. All CBBill can tell CB is if a transaction is approved or not. No explanation why.

For a retailer, Your basically waiting to see if the funds get released, or canceled, or declined, or reversed. Until that happens you really can't do anything about it. And often that process result in a manual process that works up and down the chain to zero out the transaction. (which often takes 3 or 4 days)

Limits, I might add, that CB was unwilling/unable to clearly define. This is some next-level clusterfuckery if you ask me.



Something else I have been biting my tongue about for a while now, simply for fear of offending anyone...consider:
  • The complete despair and desperation exhibited by many who have been permanently banned from CB
  • The almost Stockholm Syndrome levels of gratitude shown by people who have managed to have their problems at CB resolved
  • The way many CB users seem blind to the possibility of even considering going to another camsite, a life outside of CB
  • The zeal with which many CB adherents defend the site
I don't want to sound like a conspiracy theorist and suggest that they are putting subliminal messages in the gay-bestiality cartoon porn ads there, but I am starting to pick up a real Heavens Gate vibe .

This is like there are two ATM from a bank. And for some reason your card gets declined at one ATM more then the other. If you want to know why this is, you need to call the owner of the ATM (Epoch) and more importantly you need to call your financial institution.

CB has 0 control over what or how these credit card processors work. What CB can do is except more payment processors. And right now they're excepting way more then a typical adult website. They have multiple credit card payment processors, paypal, wire transfer, bitcoin, referral.

I've got MFC pulled up in another window. I click my account. Now I click "Purchase Limit". Hey, what the fuck do you know! It is showing me exactly how many tokens I can buy per day! Holy goddamn shit! Imagine that!

Trying to get that info out of CB support, I may as well have been trying to shit my own wisdom teeth out.
And this doesn't just happen with CB. it happens with every.
Had it happen once on two other websites. Was nothing like the troubles with CB. Not even close.

Where are the profile pages here on ACF where I can go have a chuckle at the support requests spilling over from other websites?

If the OP had of been anywhere near this concise explaining his problem we would have been far more helpful.

So everyone thinks my issue is unreasonable. That CB get in the way of people paying models and ignore support requests.

And we are expected to contact someone here which is a privacy breach.

They have ruined my model acquaintance's Christmas with their stupid restrictions which get in the way of paying her and seeing her when we want to meet.

What right does a site have to control those things

And yes they have a right to control what happens on their site. You and the model both agree to the site terms and conditions. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM CONTACT WHO WEVE STATED MULTIPLE TIMES. POSTING HERE IS NOT CHANGING ANYTHING.

They do not get in the way of paying models unless the user is banned. Yes they take a cut but so do all cam sites.

If you hate CB so much... DONT FUCKING USE IT DUDE. pay her on another site or an Indy payment method.

I have a theory on this guy and I'll add that my thinking was jogged by something a friend said a few weeks ago (she is a psych major) and it makes a lot more sense than I at first thought.

In each of the OP's previous threads, the end result is a train wreck. In each scenario, he asks for help, people suggest lots of methods by which he can resolve his problem and he stubbornly avoids acting on this advice until other posters get fed up with him and the drama. Same result every time.

I am convinced this guy is playing out a type of sympathy/empathy/attention fetish. Each time he is given good advice he steadfastly avoids acting on it... as to do this would mean the resolution of his problem and the subsequent end to any attention and sympathy he garnered within the thread. He therefore is compelled by his fetish to play out each thread for as long as he can, in order to accumulate as much attention as possible. In my opinion, I don't even believe that his "problems" are real... it's all in his head!

I have sent you a private message, @Shy Cam Guy. If you will reply, I can speak to Support and see what can be done to help you. For token purchases, Chaturbate accepts bank transfer, wire transfer, credit card/debit card, bitcoin, PayPal through Epoch and even cashiers checks/money orders by mail. So there should be a way for us to work out tokens purchases for you if your account is in good standing.

It is obvious that this guy is just a troll who had no interest in actually having this issue sorted out. If the whole thing is just not made up....
 
As such I am raising this issue here. It is a broader issue in the industry that the Cam sites and support are sometimes and often arrogant and rude and have serious attittude problems

As far as I can make out, many of them seem like petty control freaks

The real issue is the attitude of the company and some other Cam sites who seem to like making rules
