This is driving me nuts. I can not figure out what the "P" in this wonderful sign stands for. Any help?

PayPal was my first thought too, and could be, but I've never seen (and couldn't find) a PayPal logo in a heart like that. Could be they just took the PayPal "P" and put a heart around it to fit the design of the other logos.
While I do not know why it is in a heart, I am inclined to believe PayPal was indeed the intended internet domain represented by the P.
