@punker barbie hi there, I found some info to come here if we needed help with cb support. I've been having issues where my stream kicks me offline every like 5-10 minutes. What's really strange is I will still remain online for my viewers. They can hear/see me but it says I'm offline, all tips are listed as offline, the option to promote my room is unavailable, I stop getting viewers in, and sometimes it actually pushes me offline. I have tried literally everything imaginable and I was able to stream from another website with zero issues. This started out of nowhere around 3am Friday and has been giving me issues since. Nothing has changed internet wise and I have great up/download speeds. It won't let me accept privates and I'm losing quite a bit of money from this. I haven't heard anything back from support and this site is how I pay my bills. If someone could help I would greatly appreciate it!!
