Technical issue that kicks me offline

@punker barbie hi there, I found some info to come here if we needed help with cb support. I've been having issues where my stream kicks me offline every like 5-10 minutes. What's really strange is I will still remain online for my viewers. They can hear/see me but it says I'm offline, all tips are listed as offline, the option to promote my room is unavailable, I stop getting viewers in, and sometimes it actually pushes me offline. I have tried literally everything imaginable and I was able to stream from another website with zero issues. This started out of nowhere around 3am Friday and has been giving me issues since. Nothing has changed internet wise and I have great up/download speeds. It won't let me accept privates and I'm losing quite a bit of money from this. I haven't heard anything back from support and this site is how I pay my bills. If someone could help I would greatly appreciate it!!

Thank you! I got an email back from them almost immediately after you wrote this so whatever you did, thank you! I just responded with screenshots and a very detailed description. I am hoping they are able to figure it out quickly! I wanted to ask, if this an automated service still or am I dealing with a real person?

@punker barbie I did want to say also, I noticed some other girls having the same issue and I believe we're all in the South East USA so I'm wondering if it could be a server issue on your guys end? I don't want to send another email and have it pushed back but just wanted to add this tidbit of info!

Are you streaming with obs? U could just pick another server in obs

We were having issues [SC here] and switched from OBS to SplitCam. For the most part, it's been fine since with an audio hiccup here and there as it gets later in the stream / heavier traffic time in CB.

I have sent a very lengthy and detailed email with screenshots to support that would be three paragraphs on here. It's not just me and it's not OBS. I have selected multiple servers within OBS and have tried streaming outside of OBS. I have spent probably 10 hours doing everything within my abilities and researching to get this to work. I believe it's CB servers in the SouthEast US because other cam girls are having the same issues and from the ones I can see, we're all in the same region of the US.

I don't understand your theory, if you just broadcast with OBS and pick a server in a different region (not main or backup) then that's it that's your only connection required to be online you don't even have to open the webpage technically speaking so how can it be CB servers in the southeast if you still have the issue connecting through different regions?

I'm just gonna send the message I sent to support. Since I sent the following; I have seen several other cam girls talking on twitter with the same issue, have had it the same amount of time, and live in the same region so that is how I'm connecting the dots.

I have had to turn down multiple privates because the button will not let me accept. It lets me decline, but not accept. I was able to stream from another website with not a single problem. I have not changed literally anything on my end so I do not know what is happening. I have tried restarting wifi/modem. I tried leaving it unplugged for 15 minutes. I called the internet company for them to do a reset. I have uninstalled/reinstalled OBS and lovense extensions and any other browser extension that may affect it. I have tried streaming on both Chrome and Edge. I have tried streaming through OBS directly and the website directly. I have selected multiple server options. I have the most luck with Global Backup but I had always had Global Main Fastest. I have tried streaming on OBS under the "stream" tab where the service is Chaturbate and I've tried doing a custom service where I enter in the URL. I have tried the video bitrate at 2250 with 960x540 and a bitrate of 3000 with 1280x720. FPS has always been 30. I have tried with and without "dynamically change bitrate to manage conggestion" and "enable network optimizations" under the "advanced" tab. I have googled every forum and help page I can on this issue. I have excellent down/upload speeds and OBS has not listed a single dropped frame.

Here are some things I found odd.

I will be streaming, then the end of show analytics pop up showing me the stream is offline. Then it will tell me I'm offline. However, I'm still streaming. I keep my stream open as an anonymous user on my phone without wifi to gauge my stream quality and it will keep my broadcast going even though I'm listed as offline. Several minutes will go by and my video and audio is still totally online. When people tip, it lists as an offline tip. I lose the ability to promote my room which is how I also know I'm offline but I don't understand why I'm still able to be seen/heard if I'm technically offline. I stop getting new people in as well which tells me the website is no longer showing me as online to incoming viewers.

My broadcast page used to always show me a picture of myself and have me both agree to TOS and confirm my picture is who will be streaming. Now, it asks for the picture to be the person to be streaming once but doesn't ask again even with resetting my laptop which it did not do that before, it always asked me to confirm I'm the picture every time I open the broadcast tab. It does not have me confirm TOS at all anymore. I'm wondering if because those aren't being confirmed something is going wrong.

You must have seen the messages where it says "model" has left the room, "model" has entered the room. And yes, I have seen that a lot of models have that issue at times

As far as I know, video stream and chat stream are on totally different servers so you may have problems with one and not the other

Thank you! I know it's not OBS because another cam girl on twitter with the exact same issues I have for the same amount of time, doesn't even use OBS. I've noticed several threads on here where CB says the technical difficulties are on their end so I'm mostly just hoping to reach someone in support who can take a closer look at these things!

Obs controls the online portion, nothing with the chat portion of the stream should be able to impact offline status (edit: unless this was changed at some point). When did those people get stuck in privates the other day? I wonder if it's related like some sort of server side issue that occured and impacted broadcasters online at the time beyond the private issue.

Edit: looks like one was June 30th and another July 3rd which is the Friday she's referring to so perhaps
